It’s an old hotel, the room very narrow, it smells old, but it is excellently located which balanced out the inconveniences . The lady at the front desk, a sweetheart. Nice and knowledgeable .

Really wonderful hotel and staff, I enjoyed staying there. Well located, great restaurants nearby and a beautiful park on the water was just a few blocks down.

After our arrival to the room, we informed the A/C was not working. Nothing was done. We had to sleep with no A/C on June. The next morning, the problem was again reported.,The first option given was to spend again another night…since we did not acepted then we were changed to another room. We do not recommend this hotel.

Nice small hotel with a very friendly staff. Great area, parking could be dificult at time, the hotel had 3 reserved spaces and when available they will let you park for as long as you need to. Room medium size, bed good, breakfast good too.

Outstanding staff where nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable room and well stocked. We had our dog with us and even he received a welcome gift.

Personalen var vänlig och trevlig. Hotellet höll dock på att renoveras och endast en våning var officiellt klar. Första rummet luktade illa i badrummet så vi fick ett annat efter påpekandet. Gardinerna var ej kompletta och vissa möbler saknades i rummet (sängbord, avlastningsbord). Elen försvann tidvis i vissa vägguttag. Badrumsdörr gick inte stänga. Städningen inte helt klar. Kort och gott: hotellet var inte riktigt klart för ”business”.

Right across from the bus station and a block from the train station. Grocery store, shops and restaurants all around. A couple of blocks from Botin arts center and waterfront. Great location.

Muy buena, únicamente decir que es necesaria una renovación de los suelos y baños

150 euro for very old and dirty carpet, old furniture, seems strange. Towels and sheets were clean.Bathroom seem like renovate, but all another as for this price is not relevant. Hotel has one advantage- location

Ceci était une halte pendant un voyage . L’hôtel est bien placé , le petit dej etait pas mal , le staff était agréable. Par contre pour se garer et circuler c’est très compliqué . La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres et spacieuses

Tuvimos una muy buena estancia. Hotel muy agradable y muy buen servicio. Tienen un excelente desayuno. Gracias.

Ok for short stay

Un trato excelente de todo el personal.

La atención del personal fue excelente, nos dieron alternativa a no tener cuna con una habitación más grande y una cama supletoria, estaba muy limpio pero por el estado del hotel y lo que pagamos, tengo que decir que no volvería. La habitación además tiene moqueta, cosa que para un hotel no me gusta y la ubicación tampoco es muy buena (no daba sensación de ser la más segura de Santander a pesar de ser céntrica)

Todo muy bien

La habitación que nos tocó era muy pequeña y bastante incómoda ya que no había casi espacio para moverse. El baño tenía bastante moho, y la alfombra no se veía limpia. Eso da mala impresión. Nuestra estadía fue solamente de una noche por lo tanto no es tan terrible. La ubicación muy buena frente al terminal de autobuses. El personal de recepción muy amable!
