I was impressed with Meriem’s willingness to be helpful with my inquiries. She and Red were most cordial with me and other guests. The ambience of the reception area from the staircase to furnishings, art work and the vaulted ceilings made such an impression upon arriving.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Aix. Lovely converted convent hotel with convenient location to all main sights. Close to restaurants and shopping it offered a great stay to kick off my travels in France. Staff were helpful and I would book again.

Attention facturation abusive. La facturation ne correspond pas à la réservation. Cet établissement a rajouté au prix de la réservation sans le préciser, une " taxe de compensation énergétique de 2,90 € par adulte et par nuit". Malgré un échange de courriels, l'hôtel persiste et signe. Procédé malhonnête et illégal. Je saisis donc la DGCCRF. Marre de se faire pigeonner. Je plains les touristes étrangers.

Parking is off-site about a block away which is good, but there was was no pre notification as to where to park. We had to travers the old city, lanes wide enough for medieval carts, to find out we couldn't drive to the hotel. We called and they were very sorry and gave us great directions to the parking ramp. Also, our shower was a pretty bad experience causing water to nearly flood the entire room.

The location of this hotel could not be beaten, perfectly located close to everything - restaurants, shopping cafes, sights and transport. The staff were amazing and our room was huge. They had a Nespresso machine which was very much appreciated, the bed and pillows were comfy, the room was quiet. The hotel itself is in a gorgeous historical building with a very interesting history. I would stay here again if I’m ever lucky enough to return to Aix -en-Provence.

3ème fois que nous venons dans cet Hôtel que nous apprécions particulièrement pour son charme, l'accueil, et le confort. Très bien situé, à proximité des restaurants et de la vieille ville.
