Staff are nice and helpful. The venue is good and convenient. There are Asian restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance

El cuarto muy incómodo

La chambre était bien. Je regrette que la ventilation ne pouvait être stopper pour la nuit et les joints silicone dans la douche noir, ça ne fait pas net. Le reste tout a fait correct, personne aimable et chambre globalement propre.

Frokost var veldig bra, rommet trengt en liten oppussing men bad var veldig bra.

Chambre refaite, propre, mais un peu petite. Salle de bain très exigue. Les parties communes laissent à désirer (moquettes usées avec couleurs dépareillées). Il faut sortir de l'hôtel pour déjeuner dans un autre hôtel à côté! Tarif beaucoup trop élevé pour cet hôtel.

Tandkrus og Vin glas på værelserne - bedre kort/låse system, vi var nede 5 gange og få nye kort, da de ikke virkede.

Chambre, personnel, accès à l’hôtel

La chambre était suffisante pour un petit séjour et pour 1 personnes. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait (gel douche, shampooing, savon, nécessaire pour boissons chaudes…) le lit était confortable et la chambre chaude en cette période glaciale. La réception était serviable et polie.

Chambre peu décente au vu du prix. Une table de jardin en guise de bureau, des cheveux dans le lit, une unique lumière blafarde, des cintres cassés, un ascenseur minuscule, sombre et qui sent la cigarette... Bref rien ne va dans cet hôtel si ce n'est la proximité avec Saint Lazare

客室はきれいとは言えませんでしたがお値段を考えると納得できます。 スタッフはいつも親切で行動に伴っていて大満足です。 特に良かったのはお隣のホテルで朝食をとるのですがホットミールを出来立てで出して下さり、その他パンやコンチネンタルスタイルも新鮮で衝撃を受けました。

Chambre propre, parties communes moches, insonorisation inexistante. On est sur une qualité 2 étoiles !

フロントの女性スタッフが不親切すぎる。エレベーターの存在を教えず、階段でスーツケースを運んでいるところを、ハウスキーピングに助けられました。 フロントのスタッフはエレベーターの場所を教えなかったのか？と酷く同情されました。

This hotel was not what we expected based on advertising photos. The photos are very misleading and not anywhere close to what our room looked like. We had a tiny little room that overlooked a square of building walls, it was loud and noisy all night long. Pigeons were right outside the room and probably would have come in if we opened the window. The room was very bare, the bed hard and uncomfortable, the shower looked like it had mold, and the whole place just felt dirty and dingy. Our only interaction with the staff was check in & out, which was fine but they were not very friendly or helpful. The only perk of this hotel is proximity to the train station, otherwise, I would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

We checked in and were assigned the wrong rooms. I was to be charged tax for 4 nights until I corrected that we were there for one night. There were cockroaches on the lift door and there was no ventilation in the room. The toilet was flush against the wall so you need to sit sideways.

Front desk staff was very helpful with both my luggage and suggesting a better room that would be more convenient for me. The area is right by St Lazar, which means perfect access to all parts of Paris. I would definitely stay here again

This property was not as pictured. The location is very convenient (literally across the street from the train station) however, the actual hotel is deceiving. The check in is in a lovely little lobby. When your room is assigned, it is actually next door to the lobby. You are given a key to scan in for secure access; however, the rooms are questionable. Outside of my room was AstroTurf type grass in place of carpet. The room was extremely basic and only one working outlet for charging devices (not close to the bed). There was a bistro patio furniture inside the room and the floor looked dirty and worn out. This was an extremely noisy location (both street noise and noise from other building occupants). I would not recommend for families or those traveling for more than a night or two.
