Très bonne notion d’accueil et de service.

Positionnement

Hotel de ville un peu viellot. Le suite etait refaite et propre. Je voulais surtout parler du petit déjeuner qui etait un peu inferieur a 15€ par personne mais malgré ce montant etait ridicule, triste et sans saveur, tranche de fromage sous blister et le reste et dans le style. Un reel point a améliorer, surtout qu'il y a un restaurant sur place.

We only stayed one night, But the room was very comfortable and well appointed. Every member of the staff we met was outstanding, friendly, and helpful.

The location is not far the central. All of destination are walking distance. Also the parking space is very safety. But the breakfast quality is very poor and very old style hotel. But we enjoyed about the price and location.

Nice hotel, but we found the beds to short for tall people, also a bit hard - so sleeping was not such a good experience. Everything else was fine - friendly staff.

Très joli hôtel, bien situé, au calme, super propre, avec un personnel très très sympathique. En bref, un très belle adresse. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner limité au choix " Continental", pandémie oblige !

The reception staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated. It’s by far better soundproofed compared to the other hotels in the area which allowed for a quiet sleep. And the parking is on site which is very convenient and safe. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Albi as I’ve compared all the major ones and this one shines above the rest.

Great location right in the middle of Albi, breakfast in the Roman was excellent!

Très bien situé , chambre avec vue sur jardin très calme.Parking de l’hôtel un peu cher, devrait être compris dans le tarif de la chambre
