Skön säng och fin utsikt. Äldre byggnad och interiör - men rent och fint. Bra läge, nära till det mesta!

The sheets in the bed find private hairs on the bed I doubt that if they put a new clean sheets and also the soap in the shower didn’t worked, noise from all traffic and people coming late night talking loud not even a shower cap or travel toilette that others hotels as minimum always provide I believe too tight to provide whit things that others hotels as minimum

Uma ótima experiência! Ficamos num apartamento conjugado para quatro pessoas, o que tornou conveniente à nossa viagem em família. As instalações são charmosa, o café da manhã é servido com uma vista panorâmica ao lago, a equipe de funcionários é muito prestativa. Valeu o investimento!

Localização sensacional, da janela do quarto tinha vista para o lago. Café da manhã muito bom e bem servido.

Falávamos em inglês e eles fingiam não entender Pedimos auxílio a equipe do hotéis .com mesmo assim a própria atendente disse que eles não queriam entender e inglês ! Pedimos para vir outra pessoa e a moça veio já falando alto com má vontade e bem desrespeitosa Quarto com cheiro de mofo ! Nao tinha luz no abajur pêrto da cama não funcionava Não havia lençol só Ededron! Localização ok mas não vale o desconforto !check out era as 11, e estávamos pegando as malas quando o funcionário bateu na porta para sairmos ! Era 11:10 ! Uma falta de respeito ! Não volto e não indico a ninguém Péssima experiência!!

This is a historic building that has been beautifully restored. The rooms are thoughtfully updated with finishes that complement the building’s original character. It was quiet and very comfortable throughout our stay. The view from our room was spectacular—we found ourselves wanting to sit by the window and simply relax. The shower, with multiple jets, was both luxurious and fun. The breakfast room was lovely, offering great views along with a good selection of food. The location was also perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything nearby.

Nice walk to hotel from train station. It is up a hill but going back to train station is easier. Breakfast was included which was helpful to have since we did not see any stores open or any food places on walk to and from train station. There is an elevator to help with luggage. Clean rooms and hotel clean and nice with unique antiques throughout hotel. Even a big cute polar bear at lobby to welcome you. Great view of lake.

Hotel muito bonito um prédio antigo muito bem conservado com instalações muito bonitas ótimo quarto, ótima cama e muito bom banheiro.café da manhã é bom e localização é boa e permite uma vista maravilhosa do lago para os quartos do fundo.

It is a old fashioned hotel. It's convenient from the train station by bus. The view from the breakfast room is beautiful. Breakfast is average, it can be better. Room is clean. Overall it's a good stay for my one night stay in St. Mortiz.

Although the map makes it look like the hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, there is a large underground parking garage located immediately to the west of the station exit. Since you can cover a significant portion of the route using elevators and escalators, the walk to the hotel is actually much easier than it appears on the map. If you request the hotel shuttle service, they will take you to the station for CHF 13—which is cheaper than taking a taxi (which cost CHF 18). The hotel itself is a charming, atmospheric building that truly evokes a sense of history. While it may come down to personal taste, I personally found it delightful. The hotel restaurant offers dining with a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up having both dinner and breakfast there. The beer, wine, soup, salad, and main dishes—everything was delicious. After staying here for one night, I took the Bernina Express to Tirano for an overnight stay, then returned to St. Moritz to spend another night at this hotel. During that interim, the hotel kindly stored my luggage for me; this made the trip to Tirano incredibly convenient, as I only needed to pack the essentials for one night into my backpack. Upon my return, I found that my stored luggage had already been moved to my room—another thoughtful touch that made things very easy.

This is an older building but it is so beautifully maintained with wonderful character that we really enjoyed. Excellent buffet breakfast in a charming large room, and the lake views are stunning!

The property is 120 years old, immaculately maintained and oozing with old world charm. The location is special, on a hillsides overlooking the city and lake. Comfortable beds, pillows, down comforters.
