It is a good place , it only needs some cares ! Location is cool !

Beautiful clean hotel in the middle of Zurich. Staff was superb!! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely go back for another visit.

Best location, two minutes walk to lake, 5 minutes to local train and bus station. Very clean and quiet room.

die Lage v.Hotel Opera war wie ausgesucht optimal..also sehr zentral gelegen .Ein grosses Problem war jedoch das Hotelzimmer gebucht fur 3 Personen ziemlich klein mit einem klappbett für 3. Person eigentlich nicht akzeptabel und für den Preis ebenfalls hoch..Das Problem haben wir sofort dem Hotelmanager eklärt und ihn um eine bessere Alternative und oder Lösung gebeten.Es kam keine Lösung ,sondern ein für Mehrkosten ein Einzelzimmer..... Da wir nur kurzfristig zum ersten Mal als Familie in der Stadt Zürich waren und dafür uns ein schönes Programm gemacht hatten ,wollten wir die Ärgernis hierfür mit weiteren Disskutionen sparen und unseren Kurzurlaub fortsetzen....

We loved the Opera hotel! Nice room and excellent location. We walked all around Zurich. The hotel is just next to the Opera House... Wonderful location. The staff was great! Highly recommend👍

The check in staff is nice people good attentions, the hotel has too SMALL elevator, for the room service staff are nice people too … the amenities good quality, the room are little smaller to accommodate a couple because one bed side are laying to the wall

Quarto silencioso, limpo, confortável, excelente localizaçao. Já ficamos lá outras vezes e sempre muito bom! Recomendo!
