Für mich hat das Hotel alles, was ich benötige. Bin immer sehr zufrieden.

We were very fortunate to have a room in the front with a wonderful lake view. The hotel is comfortable older property, but the room and bathroom were large and spotless. Location is excellent, right next to the bus stop close to the town. Restaurant is excellent. Only negative is the absence of a grab bar in the bathtub/shower.

Nice room with balcony. A little far from center town but walkable.

Room was small but had a nice little balcony to sit in the sun. Barman was excellent, friendly and good fun. Breakfast was good value. Nice hotel, would stay again.

Internet war gut und Zimmer war fein und schöner Ausblick. Garage war optimal und Frühstück war ok. Sauber und gute Lage

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber.Das Frühstückbuffet hat eine grosse Auwahl.

Its an alright hotel, it's a bit outdated, and the room was fine but nothing special. The listing also says it's in the center of town, and it is about a twenty-minute walk or a mile from Paradiso.

The room was very "okay". In need of updating and some deep clean. The wallpaper was peeling and there were some bad glue jobs that were kind of creepy. Looked like some sort of bug had been glued into the base board. View was nice from our room. Worst part of the two night stay was when we went to check out the front desk person (Richard or Richardo) said we had to settle up a couple things like breakfast and the city tax. I told him we didn't have the breakfast as we never get it as we rarely eat breakfast. He said, "well ...how about the second day????" I said, "No....we did not have the breakfast!" With this he said, "Well someone said they saw you eating breakfast." I said firmly, "we did not have breakfast!" Thinking back the reality of this is I hardly think someone said, "When that Canadian couple check out I bet they will say they didn't have breakfast!!!!" Is this just a ploy to call people out that may have stolen breakfast. In retrospect I should have demanded to speak to the manager and ask for compensation for this act!! All in all not impressed at all with the hotel and would not return. Room was priced high for what it was. 18 CHF for parking that was easy

Clean room and dining room except tables weren’t cleared promptly

Hotel confortável, café da manhã muito bom e muita variedade de comida, atendimento excelente da equipe, quarto espaçoso, banheiro bom, a 10minutos da estação de trem, a 300metros do lago.

Hotel ist alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Zimmer/ Bett nicht besonders komfortabel. Lage ist top, sehr zentral. Frühstück ist OK.

I think it's the best value for money in Lugano, trains nearbyby are frequent but quieter than US. Bed was hard and I would suggest bringing your own pillow. Staff were ecellent and friendly and the breakfast was limited but fairly priced. It's a difficult uphill, upstair walk from the lake so be in shape.
