Everything was great from the moment we got there beautiful room, beautiful staff, friendly staff, beautiful great food great customer service the only one thing that I didn’t enjoy. It was the AC in the room. It was not cold. It was not working properly. I don’t believe so I had it set on 16 and it was really hot and But other than that everything goes great thank you

Excellent in all aspects!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Vannucci. The staff provided outstanding service—warm, attentive, and always helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and after a hot day, the swimming pool was incredibly refreshing and much appreciated. Breakfast each morning was of good quality with a nice variety, including fresh fruits, cold cuts, cheese, and scrambled eggs. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to everything you might want to see or do in town. Just note that it can be a bit noisy at times due to its central location. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

Great hotel and excellent service.

Wonderful quiet and clean hotel in a great location to explore many beautiful hill towns in Umbria and Tuscany. Breakfast buffet was amazing and, like all services at the hotel, was very friendly and efficient. Citta della Pieve is an attractive and surprisingly interesting hill town which projects a genuine feel for life in Umbria with relatively few tourists. All in all a great experience at Hotel Vannucci!

Non ero mai stato in questo albergo durante i mesi invernali e quindi mi aspettavo di trovare qualche riduzione dei servizi. Invece assolutamente no. Pur con una evidente riduzione del personale, tutto funzionante. Professionalità, cortesia, grande attenzione per l'ospite. La conferma di un elevatissimo livello di ospitalità alberghiera (ormai abbastanza rara a mio avviso).

Ett mycket charmigt hotell lite små standardrum men väl disponerade. Tyvärr är internetuppkopplingen svag och svajig.
