Great option!

Lage des Hotels super zentral. Das Zimmer war ruhig und das Frühstücksbuffet reichlich und schön präsentiert. Nicht so toll war mein Zimmer 215 bezüglich der Ausstattung. Der Teppich war voller alter Flecken und im Bad gab es keine einzige Steckdose. Natürlich kann so ein Hotel nicht alles auf einmal renovieren,aber der Teppich gehört sofort entfernt. Das Personal war super,freundlich und zugewandt.

Tiny rooms but clean and efficient, 10 min walk to the heart of Vienna.

Great hotel and very close location to the Christmas market. The heater in the room was either broken or turned off. It was a little bit cold.

Otel tüm taleplerimizi karşıladı. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Odalar temiz ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Konumu mükemmeldi.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zipser. The staff were helpful, the cleanliness and accommodations were pleasant. The hotel is also located in a great place, very close to city center and cafes.

Resepsiyondaki karşılamada Claudia isimli hanimefendi 2 yaşındaki ogluma "stop stop, stop doing that" diye bagirarak aglamasina sebep oldu.Cocuklarin tek yaptiklari ellerindeki oyuncaklari birbirlerine verme esnasinda masadan cikan sesti.İlk uyarmada yuksek sesle onlara bagirmasi 3 aile olarak bizleri de sinirlendirdi.Kahvaltida da çalısanlar genel olarak suratsız.

The location was great to walk to the Christmas Market

Noel zamanı çok kalabalık ve çocuk sesinden uyunmuyor. Konum güzel. Kahvaltıya erken inin yoka birşey kalmıyor.

We liked our stay at this hotel, and the staff were always helpful. Our room was a little small, and the step to get in and out of the shower was very high, and not good and safe for two older ladies in their early 70’s. We would stay there again as it is quite centre to any of the Christmas Markets.

Lo principal para mi, baño y cama limpios, todo muy bien muy amables en recepción, buffete muy rico. Comida cerca muuuuy rica y tradicional restauranre Centimeter a unas cuadras. Muy recomendable todo.

Great location. Easy walk to Volksgarten, Parliament and City Hall, and close to several street car stops. Lots of dining options in the area. A good choice for a visit to Vienna.

A great hotel in an excellent location for exploring Vienna. The room was a little on the small side, but plenty big enough for what I needed, clean and located close to transport links and everything I needed. The staff were helpful, welcoming and overall was very good value for money. There are plenty of good shopping & food options nearby and Rathaus tram station is just over 5 minutes walk away. having two supermarkets less than a 2 minute walk away was really useful too. The hotel was an excellent base to explore from and I'll definitely be back the next time in Vienna.
