The room is very small, and the walls were dirty. I was placed in a room for a person with disabilities, even though I am not disabled, and I was not informed about this in advance. The room didn’t have a toilet seat, and the shower was неудобный, which was very surprising to me. When I went to the reception to ask what the problem was and why there was no toilet seat, I was told that it was a room for disabled guests as all other rooms are not available. I was quite surprised that I had been given such a room without any prior notice or confirmation, especially since I had booked the hotel in advance. Seeing my dissatisfaction, they offered to change the room, but I no longer felt like moving. Moreover, the hotel does not have an elevator, and I would have had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to another room, as the standard rooms are located on the upper floors. The breakfast was very limited. Overall impression: 3 out of 5.

The room was sparse but clean…nice restaurant and convenient shuttle to airport was a plus!

I had a great stay at the Hotel Sempione, everything was exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety to start the day, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a day in the city. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This was perfect hotel when flying out of MXP in Milan. Everything about the hotel and restaurant was great.

It’s perfect for a one or two night stay on your way back to the Malpensa airport. There resto is great and so is the osteria down the street.

It’s ok for a 1 night stay . The best thing about is they have a free shuttle to and from the airport

Indico para quem vai precisar de acomodação próxima ao aeroporto. O transfer funciona bem. O restaurante tem opções suficientes para quem está “de passagem”.

bom dia a unica coisa que eu não gostei foi a comunicação , achei retrogrado devido a gente esta na era digital e o estabelecimento não possui watshapp tirando isso tudo ok .

Helpful staff, very friendly, great to have the airport transfer. Very convenient for our early morning flight. Fab room for our family.

Staff was great…friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice variety buffet spread. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Gem of our trip. We had a rough couple days and this hotel was our last stop before flying out of Milan. It is wonderful. Quick shuttle to and from the airport. Even at 4am. The room was spotless and you could open the windows and there were window boxes filled with flowers. Bed was firm and comfortable. Had a meal in the restaurant downstairs and it was one of the best we had our entire trip. Staff explained a couple dishes and then described the entire home made dessert menu Front desk offered and packed a to-go breakfast for us since we would be leaving before breakfast was served. If you have to fly in the morning out of Malpensa airport please make this your last night. So worth it.
