When I arrived at the hotel that was booked and confirmed through Expedia, I was told that my reservation had not been booked and that the hotel was full. Luckily the hosts booked me another hotel so that I did not spend the night in my car! I will NEVER use Expedia again since I have already emailed them about this problem and they haven't even gotten back to me!

Asked for high floor room - received the worst room in the hotel - 1st floor on the street

Posizione centralissima con possibilità di scaricare i bagagli e andare a parcheggiare appena fuori dalle mura. Camera ampia con letto comodissimo e bagno enorme. Colazione molto varia, dolce e salato. Personale gentile e disponibile, ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e se torneremo nella splendida Volterra ci torneremo sicuramente.

Camera economy un po' piccola. Personale e zona della struttura eccellente.

Repetiria si volviera a Volterra, aunque no cogería la habitación estándar.

Nice breakfast and close to turistic attractions. Free public parking a bit far from city walls but easy to get there.

Excelente hotel, apesar do quarto de casal standard ser um pouco pequeno. Ótimo café da manhã, localizado dentro centro histórico da cidade. Estacionamento fácil nas proximidades, recomendo deixar a bagagem no hotel e depois estacionar o carro devido a escadaria que da acesso à cidade.

The hotel was great. Great location. Nice room. Good breakfast. Parking is a bit of an issue. The free parking lot is an not far but a long uphill stair climb. If you have issues with stairs not sure this would be the place to stay. Your vehicle can drive to the hotel to drop off bags and people, but the driver will have to climb about 150 stairs after the car is parked in the free lot.

Localizzata nel centro storico, a pochi passi dal museo etrusco e da piazza dei Priori. Personale della reception cortese ed efficente. Camere dotate di ogni confort ad un prezzo assolutamente competitivo.

Wonderful little hotel in the village.

Great location difficult to get to by car but Mateo the evening clerk was fantastic he helped us get to the hotel and our friend to hers he found us an open pharmacy he suggested a pizzeria and the second night a restaurant and both were spot on. Clean and tidy breakfast could benefit from an upgrade. Location couldn’t be better. Good value.

A convenient location which is close to parking outside the wall. Room small but comfortable, however there was an unpleasant electrical hum sound in the room which made sleeping difficult.

Phenomenal location. Friendly, efficient staff. Great morning breakfast. Only negative comment: Car parking arrangements are difficult and very confusing (although ultimately doable).

El hotel es estupendo, el trato de las chicas que llevan el hotel maravilloso. La habitació espaciosa, el desayuno muy bueno. Muy bien situado para explorar la ciudad al lado de un parking de pago

Fantastisch! Een super mooi authentiek hotel op een top locatie. Ontbijt is heerlijk maar vooral het personeel was super. Vanaf inchecken willen ze net even wat meer geven qua informatie etc. Maar het hotel zelf is een plaatje! Zelden zo’n mooi hotel gehad, echt de Italiaanse beleving.

Ho soggiornato con un'altra coppia di amici per due giorni in questo hotel.La posizione è ottima perchè si trova in centro Volterra. Era anche comodo per visitare altre località. La struttura è tenuta molto bene.
