Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse. Inget att klaga på. Rummet var rent och bra. Trevlig personal och fin frukost.

Rummet var i gott skick. Personalen var trevlig. Men, nyckelkortet tappade kontakt och behövde ominstalleras minst en gång per dag. Jag älskade området, vi bodde i riktiga Barcelona, våra spanska vänner sa att det inte var det bästa området - lite rufft kvarter. Frukosten var supergod. Städningen var toppen.

breakfast was not free. There is a daily rate now was cleaned. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Location was awesome.

Great hotel for travelers!

The hotel room was very well appointed, and the desk staff were very friendly and helpful since this was our 1st time visiting Barcelona. We were provided with a map of the area detailing top places to visit. Although we were very pleased with the hotel, we did not feel safe to venture out during the evening in this neighborhood. For safety reasons, we would not recommend this hotel for families.

The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and the hotel is located in a bery busy neighbourhood. But, we were disappointed with the housekeeping and breakfast buffet. The plates and bowls were sometimes not clean. The breakfast was very average.

Un hotel perfecto para estar en familia, un servicio excelente, sin embargo, el ambiente una vez fuera del hotel no acompaña. Una lástima que la zona esté tan deteriorada. De puertas para adentro perfecto, de puertas para afuera, un desastre!

The hotel itself is great...staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The property was clean and well kept. The location was in an "interesting" area as we were told by staff but after 4 nights we experienced no issues at all - just follow front desks staff suggestions. The location itself was in a central location and found we could walk to most desintations, with so many restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk.

Issues with room safe, staff could not get working, Air conditioning was not the best, struggled to keep room cool. Location was great, not far from many sites, food and transport

Rustig en toch gezellig gelegen op vijf minuten wandelen van de grote Rambla. Prettige service. Prima ontbijt. Goede bedden .prima kamer.

Stayed for four nights. 2 adults and one kid 9 years old. Positive: Centrally based Good cleaningservice Good breakfast Free candy in the lobby Ok size room Ok bathroom Negative: -Worn out room -Very loudy room, we could easily hear what the neighbors said All in all: Ok value for money, but not more than that. My wife would give it 3. But it’s my phone, and I liked the breakfast. So 4 it is.
