Cet établissement a dépassé mes attentes. Certes, ce n'était pas hyper moderne, mais tout y était pour que notre court séjour se passe à merveille. Le personnel était souriant, notre chambre était confortable et l'emplacement était plus qu'idéal... surtout compte tenu des prix à Lisbonne.

Simple hotel. The elevator is only accessible from the first floor. We had to climb two flights of stairs with our luggage. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties. Simple breakfast. Small breakfast room. Seating is cramped.

14 trappen op tot de receptie Nog 1 etage hoger met je koffer sjouwen voordat je bij 1 liftje komt van 1×1m. Onze kamers was netjes. Zag er gerenoveerd uit. Kamers aan de voorkant hebben veel lawaai overlast van groepen die op straat hangen en tegen elkaar gillen. Ontbijt redelijk, adequaat Niet geschikt voor mensen met koffers of mensen die slecht ter been zijn

Hotel close to areas of interest. On booking should have mentioned stairs and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues… to reception 12 steps, from reception to first floor to get lift was 28 steps. Lift broke down once and had to walk down stairs from 4th floor. This prevented me on going out on occasions as I couldn’t face returning to have to go up 40 steps. The staff, cleaners and breakfast were wonderful. But due to my arthritis this hotel was a huge challenge.

Zimmer sauber, Service sehr nett, Frühstück prima und völlig ausreichend (8 Euro pro Person). Nur im Bad leider nur bedingt heißes Wasser und starker Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Lage könnte perfekt sein (nur wenige Meter in die wunderschöne Altstadt, wenn sich nicht direkt gegenüber vom Hotel Migrantengruppen bis in die Nacht lärmend die Zeit vertreiben würden.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel location is good. Main issue is that although property has a lift you have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to it. I think this should be made clear when booking. We specifically booked a hotel with a lift as climbing stairs is difficult, Also room only had 1 electrical plug so we had to take turns charging devices. Finally the internet did not work on the last day.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans un appartement qui n’était pas situé dans le bâtiment principal ! Appartement très spacieux et situé dans une rue piétonne. La rue est animée le soir donc si vous êtes sensible au bruit ça peut être gênant. Accueil sympathique, petit déjeuner simple.

Great location - central without being noisy. Not a good view from window at all (internal courtyard) but not a problem for us. More expensive rooms will have a better (street) view. Room clean and comfortable although missing a few convenient things like easily accessible plug sockets and hooks in the bathroom. Have stayed once before 2 years ago and would probably stay again although it would be nice to see it updated just a little. Not accessible for anyone severely disabled as there are stairs to access the first floor and reception, although there is then a small lift to access upper floors from there.

Beliggenheden var perfekt. Det ser ud til at vi har fået en af de nyere renoveret værelser, men vedligeholdelsen har ikke fuld med, så været så slidt ud. Badeværelset virker kold og fugtigt, der var flere steder begyndende skimmelsvamp. Lyset var sparsomt og koldt. Dee manglede kroge til håndklæder og en holder til toiletrullen. Det var ikke et rum man havde lyst til at blive i længere tid. Der var meget lydt ud til gangen. Sengen var god og møblerne var fine. Personalet var venlige og der var rent. Morgenmad var forholdsvis bred i sortimentet.

Al principio pensé que la zona no era segura pero solo das la vuelta y todo cambia, contratamos tour ahí y pasaron por nosotros y todo muy bien, ni siquiera utilice transporte, todo lo que hice fue caminado (claro del aeropuerto al hotel tomé metro y pues los tours pasaba por ti) muy bien!! Además tienen resguardo de maletas. Lo único que mejoraría sería el buffet, mucho pan y poca proteína
