EXCELENTE HOTEL

Good hotel in decent area handy for anywhere to get to

Clean and spacious room. Good quality finish. However I would say this had a poor quality mattress and noise travels very easily into the rooms, I was woken up multiple times in the night by noise.

Ok property to stay

Hotel bom, bom custo beneficio, está perto do centro, acho q uns 3km, café da manhã razoável, quarto confortável, bom espaço, cama boa, enfim, hotel bom pelo custo e beneficio. A única coisa q não gostei foi o chuveiro com a água muita fraca. tem que melhorar.

O Quarto era bom, mas chovia lá dentro e o som da chuva era incomodativo.

Check in a pessoa da recepção poderia ser mais simpática, a nossa reserva deu problema porque estávamos em 3 pessoas e foi fornecido apenas 1 cama grande de casal, então infelizmente precisei pagar 50,00 euros o dia porque uma cama extra. Na foto da reserva constava 3 camas e fiz a solicitação se possível 1 de casal e 1 de solteiro.. nenhum momento recebi uma devolutiva do hotel falando que era apenas 1 cama .. isso foi muito estressante.

Great hotel

The staff on reception are welcoming, lovely and so helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet that is included with the rate had a huge assortment and was delicious. Staff even assisted with our tour bookings and helped us with ordering tickets to see a Porto soccer game which is a must-see. The fans are incredibly supportive and there is positive energy in the stadium with vibrant music being played and sung throughout the game. Loved the opportunity and experience. Many thanks for a wonderful stay. Porto was a terrific city to explore.

Was really nice. Clean and great breakfast. Very nice to be able to park under the hotel but the parking space is very very small.
