Beautiful hotel and excellent service

La reservación incluía una botella de vino la cual nunca nos dieron, también me cobraron desayunos que nunca nos dieron. La regadera de la habitación (No. 217) no funcionaba y estaba sucia pues en los cajones encontramos botanas de los anteriores huéspedes.

ha sido una estancia muy agradable, las habitaciones son cómodas y la localización es increible ya que puedes caminar desde el hotel a todo el centro histórico

No contabamos que habría protestas enfrente el fin de semana. Por otro lado, no cuentan con servicio de lavanteria propio, lo cual afecta la operación en los tiempos de servicio.

Great property and impecable installation. Inconvenient to reach as traffic can be heavy but hotel staff is great at assisting with parking etc.

Check in was super fast and easy. I had three rooms booked and at least two of the three we were able to go check in a bit earlier. The area is very lively so music and noise can be expected but it’s not that bad. The staff are super nice and helpful and the roof top restaurant was certainly a highlight! I’ll certainly be coming back.

Todo excelente especialmente el cuarto muy cómodo algo pequeño pero muy bonito y el roof top con una vista excelente.

Importante,porque voy a pedir un reembolso ,siendo expedia elite desde hace hace años!!! Cuando llegamos ,nos asignan una habiatacion de 2 camas,pero que no es la suite que reserve para mi esposa e hija,les muestro la confirmacion y me indican que las suites no tienen dos camas?? la reserva y la pagina de Expedia ,si,pago la suite y me dan una habitacion,si bien es cierto agradable es interior. El desayunos esta incluido,pero cuando llegas al restaurant te indican ,que solo lo que esta indicado en en recuadro amarillo,todo lo demas es extra??? si esto es asi se indica desayuno americano,la pagina nada mas indica desayuno,en todos nuestros destinos Expedia el desayuno o es buffet o es a la carta incluido. Caba mencionar que la comida es esplendida y muy poblana ,merece un 10!!! El personal de recepcion muy amables,la responsable eficaz,amable y con buen servicio al cliente,lo que se tiene que corregir o es la pagina o es una falta de informacion,pero a mi me cobraron en mi american express por adelantado fue una SUITE,ruego su atencion. La otra habita con solicitada con una cama,me asignaron la 109,para dar una idea por el precio que pague,es de 4 por 4,no cabe ni una silla,interior,para un cliente Elite? The staff service is absolutely fantastic! The amenities are great and all tourists attractions are walking distance! The morning receptionists who checked us in and out was so sweet and courteous and the gentleman who helped us with our bags was so helpful. The restaurant Hook has great views and the cocktails are amazing. The food wasn’t great, I order my steak Medium and it came out fully cooked and dry. Our server was awesome she was very attentive.

La ubicación esta excelente, el hotel muy bonito y limpio, el staff muy amable, mi habitación estaba muy bien solo un poco pequeña aun para dos personas, pero dormimos agusto. Si lo recomiendo.

Staff were amazing and the area is ideal. So clean and able to sleep eventhough we were at the center.
