Staff were very friendly and accommodating

We had an amazing stay. The accommodations were wonderful. Our room overlooked the sea. the staff was very helpful and kind. They do have street parking but we paid for parking in a parking lot. Very clean and well maintained.

We had a lovely time staying at Cala Marina.Staff were ever so helpful to arrange transfers to Airport and to beach and wherever we needed to travel.Hotel was spotless clean and situated on the harbor. Great free shuttle service to beach with sunbeds and bar .Beach destination operated by lovely couple

The most beautiful hotel with amazing staff. I consider myself very lucky to have stayed here and will highly recommend Cala Marina to everyone. My stay started with car service arranged through the hotel which was perfect both coming and going. Every day staying there was a pleasure with the kindest front desk and dining staff too. The breakfast buffet was delicious! I absolutely loved the lemon flavored croissants paired with a cappuccino. Room was comfortable, spacious and so clean. Thank you to all who made my stay there so memorable. Gracie Mille.

Every thing was nice breakfast was very good parking was a lot it of a problem. We needed to book a parking spot for our stay and we didn’t know that

We were on the bottom floor and could hear those above us moving around and water from the flushing of toilets. The tile floors allowed us to hear other groups coming and going especially with their suitcases. No view out side window even though our booking said garden view. Minimal sheet coverings. Due to lack of bathroom venting there is mold in the grout and shower area (a common theme in Italy)

Small room with small bathroom

Schönes, kleines Hotel mit Terrasse direkt am Wasser und mit tollem Ausblick auf den Hafen. Ein einzigartiges Frühstück mit kleinen sizilianischen Leckereien mit viel Liebe vom sehr netten und kompetenten Küchenpersonal zubereitet.

Hotel Cala Marina seemed practically new when we visited in November 2023. The staff were the most fluent in English of the six Boutique hotels we stayed in throughout Sicily. The food service staff was outstanding. Parking was the easiest of our six hotels as well.

Super skønt hotel, med pragtfuld beliggenhed. Meget hjælpsomt og imødekommende personale der gjorde man følte sig velkommen. Personalet hjalp gerne med at arrangere transport til og fra lufthavn, samt en dag til Palermo. Lækker og spændende morgenbuffet, med en blanding af lokale og internationale retter. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne tilbage.

Hotel is a lovely small establishment on the port. It has recently been renovated in typical Sicilian style. The staff are friendly, informative and efficient. Lovely breakfast which the lady cook prepared with pride every morning. This is just a bed and breakfast hotel where you can also get a drink. It does not do lunches and dinner. However you are right on the port with plenty of options for eating, pleas do note that Hotels.com’s description of this hotel is completely incorrect- they say there bars, a swim up bar, restaurants etc. this is not the case if that is what you are looking for. The photos on the site are however correct! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

The staff were always pleasant and helpful

El hotel está situado en muy buena zona al final de lo que sería el paseo marítimo, zona con muchos restaurantes y mucha vida nocturna. Al estar al final de esa zona, nuestro descanso y tranquilidad, no se vieron afectados. Habitación familiar situada en planta baja con terraza amplia privada con sofás y que fue un plus en nuestra estancia. El colchón de la cama principal era muy blando. Durante nuestra estancia incorporaron voluntariamente toppers (no porque nosotros lo solicitáramos) lo cual mejoró el confort aunque creo que en nuestro caso, el colchón necesita ser sustituido. El aparcamiento es al descubierto, en una zona acotada con barreras de seguridad cuya apertura se controla desde recepción. Está a 20 metros de la entrada del hotel. Personal muy amable (Nicolo, Sara...). Desayuno muy completo tipo buffet que puedes tomar en el salón del hotel o en la terracita que el hotel tiene frente a la entrada del establecimiento, con vistas al puerto y bahía de Castellamare.

Fantastic location right on the waterfront. The hotel team were super friendly and helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Castellamare.

A charming hotel in a beautiful fishing village. A delicious breakfast is served on a deck right on the marina. Many restaurants with many choices to experience the Sicilian cuisine. Pistachio pasta is a must! Thank you Gabriella for suggesting a drive to San Vito lo Capo. One of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. Endless white sandy beach with crystal clear water. Don’t miss this !!
