The room, with balcony, was spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was very good, with excellent baked specialties and good coffee. The staff were outstanding and helpful. Truly a hotel to recommend!

Our hotel room was beautiful spacious something that was really good for the price point. The buffet in the morning is excellent and the staff or help helpful in trying to set us to the right sites.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The room was adorable and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a day trip planned with a rental car that fell through due to an issue with our drivers license. The front desk organized a car and driver for us the same morning that was quite reasonably priced. The daily breakfast was very good with lots of selection. Would highly recommended.

Our twin room was a good size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large with a good shower. Staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. We were on the first floor with no lift access but the reception staff carried our cases to and from our room. Breakfast had a good choice of food. The hotel was in an ideal location for exploring Catania. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel in the center of Catania with exceptional stuff who went above and beyond to answer all the questions, recommended restaurant options in the area and helped with parking in the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, central, good breakfast, very helpful staff

The breakfast was a lovely assortment of Italian pastries, some meat and cheese, and fruit. The room was clean and comfortable but do bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the street noise is considerable. The room is also bright due to lights from outside, so a mask was a plus for me as well. I would happily stay here again. The staff, especially Paula, were friendly and very accommodating.

Our room was pleasant- never could lower the temperature.. very nice bathroom and helpful staff. Paola and her lovely associate we delightful and helpful too
