We stayed one night before further into Toscana and the hotel was perfect for that. Clean, super friendly staff, central which made it easy to walk around town and get to the central train station and the room (junior suite) was comfy and with plenty of space for 2 people. We arrived early and they helped us by looking out for our lugage while we walked around the city.

Convenient to station but obviously that can attract Undesirables who make you feel vulnerable.

Great hotel to stay for a night with an early flight planned the net day. This hotel had everything we needed.

– First impression: very bad. An unprofessional older man at the reception said my Swedish ID card was invalid. He wanted a passport, even though it's an EU document. – The ratings of this hotel are not real. Maximum 3/10. It only looks good in pictures. – The breakfast is terrible. There's not even scrambled eggs, and the staff says they don’t have access to the kitchen. – Every time you want to leave the hotel, you have to leave the key, and in the evening, an old man has to open the gate for you. – The TV doesn't work.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We thought the staff were very friendly and so very helpful. Letting us leave our cases on the last day was a tremendous help. Breakfast was extremely good, lots of choise, with attentive staff making it an enjoyable experience. Both the room and bathroom were so very clean, comfortable beds which is always a bonus and it was so quiet. The Hotel is near to the station and walkable to all the attractions of Pisa. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family to stay here when visiting Pisa. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very kind and serviceminded staff. Breakfast was also great with many options. The hotel is very charming and reception open 24/7 which is very convenient if you arrive late. Location is good close to both central station and airport. Overall, we are sad we only had 1 night, and hope to come back to this charming hotel in Pisa.
