Purtroppo cimici in stanza

Una bellissima Villa fin de siècle con camere spaziose, arredate finemente, molto comode e pulite, ad un prezzo incredibile. Accoglienza top con personale sempre gentile, disponibile, molto competente e professionale, sia alla reception che nella ristorazione. La struttura è accessibile anche agli animali, anche nei loro confronti gentilezza e flessibilità sono assicurate. Peccato che il ristorante sia aperto solo in alcuni giorni.

The story of this amazing home goes back to the 1500. Many beautiful details at the same time sad to see the grounds are not looked after. Even winter grounds could be magnificent with proper care. The building itself needs lots of maintenance and the rooms need some updating, but the experience was great. We met beautiful people and that was priceless. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were extremely nice. Happy New Year, Happy 2025

Bellissima struttura d'epoca, immersa nel verde, ma, proprio per questo, isolata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza ben tenuta, con un grande bagno. Buona colazione.

Meraviglioso palazzo nobiliare di altri tempi, ben tenuto. Situato in cima a una collina gode di una vista su tutta la pianura reatina. Colazione ottima

Although we were here in end of September I felt that the property conditions could have been much better and our experience with dining in the hotel was disappointing for the price. I think in summer this place would glow but it came up a little short for us unfortunately.

Lovely villa hotel steeped in history. You could walk around and absorb the past . Very idyllic and well kept garden. While there was a pool like in the description it was out of season which was not stated. A shame as this was a major reason we chose this hotel. No lunch, but restaurant was open for dinner on weekdays.

Ambiente raffinato mobili antichi sale affrescate, piscina ottima, qualche difetto nella colazione.

luogo incantevole, soprattutto per la natura che lo circonda. unico piccolissimo neo la colazione: ricchissma (fin troppo) di torte e crostate ma senza frutta fresca

Beautiful historical building in location with fabulous views. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were not open. There was a poolside snack bar where the staff were very friendly and welcoming. However sitting in this beautiful place drinking wine out of a plastic cup doesn’t suit the atmosphere.

Amazing character building. Excellent food and great wines. Helpful staff with wine knowledge.

Todo muy cómodo y buen servicio. El desayuno podría ser un poco más variado y la sala algo más grande. Uno de los días estaba lleno y tuvimos que esperar a que se vaciase para sentarnos.

Beautiful luxurious hotel in superb quiet surroundings yet very close to all amenities. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Could not fault it

Location eccellente, sia per quanto riguarda l'edificio sia per quanto riguarda l'esterno (giardino, parco). Camera molto ampia; il letto singolo non era adeguato, praticamente a livello terreno. Bagno spazioso; purtroppo mancava la doccia, necessaria per un disabile. Colazione eccellente, con vista sul parco e panorama. Personale cortese.

Bella villa immersa nel verde , peccato per il ristorante chiuso per ferie . Per chi viaggia per lavoro, come me , è comodo avere il ristorante nell' hotel .
