Very unique authentic German inn. Staff was very nice and helpful and room was quaint. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

This hotel was beautiful and the staff very friendly. There was no elevator at this property, which is not a problem, just good to be aware of. The staff was more than helping in helping bring our bags upstairs. The room was large enough to accommodate our large suitcases without feeling cramped and had several beautiful details. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking is limited and spaces are tight. The location is walkable to varied eating establishments, but walking after dark was a little less comfortable than some of the other cities we visited during our longer trip. Overall, we enjoyed this property, found the staff to be helpful and friendly, and would return!

Zum erstenmal gebucht und angenehm überrascht über die positive Atmosphäre die im Hause herrscht, tolle Wendeltreppe zu den Zimmern.

Sehr freundliches, entgegenkommendes Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, netter Balkon. Frühstück reichhaltig, auf Wunsch auch Spiegeleier, Rühreier, Omelette. Parkplatz in der großzügigen Parkgarage mit Lift zum Schlössle, in dem sich unser Zimmer befand. Bad hell und recht groß, auf die Badewanne hätten wir zugunsten einer größeren Dusche mit Glaskabine gerne verzichtet, Ventilator hat leider nicht funktioniert bzw. haben wir ihn nicht zum Laufen gebracht. Das Hotel liegt zentral und man ist in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum.

Toller Service, schönes Hotel und besonders gutes Essen in zentraler Lage!

The rooms were very spacious and elaborate. There was an elevator which was convenient for the luggage. The parking was private and right within the hotel. We did have a problem with the jetted tub, but was able to get taken care of fairly quickly. The dining was booked, but the staff recommended an excellent restaurant within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Konaklama çok güzeldi. Ana binada değil eski kale kısmında kaldık. Her şey çok güzeldi. Oda temizdi. Oda şık ve güzel dekore edilmişti. Günlük oda temizliği yapılıyordu. Otel personelinin iletişimi çok iyiydi. Yardımcı oldular. Otel konumu gayet iyi, şehir merkezinde. Ünlü meydana 10dk yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen önünde tramway var. Durağı biraz aşağıda. Otelin araç otoparkı var. Kullanımı çok kolay, ücretli ama sorun değil. Her şey için teşekkürler. Tavsiye edilir.

Friendly staff, very clean and spacious room. Bed was comfortable. Parking was available and the breakfast was very good.

The room was fabulous, the staff very helpful and their coffee was great. The Koi pond was so cute and the Castle Rooms very comfortable. Thank you for making our trip so great!
