Good location. Easy walk to town. Private beach. Nice breakfast area and good quality breakfast. Amazing view from our room in the villa. Very quiet and nice garden area to explore and relax. Very relaxing.

It is a very special place to stay in a beautiful part of Italy. Lovely staff, amazing garden and original buildings. Bellissimo.....

Alles super und sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöner alter Palazzo mit sehr viel Scharm. Die Wohnung war geräumig und schön eigerichtet. Wunderschöner, grosser und ruhiger Garten. Toller Pool mit Poolbar, wo auch ein tolles Frühstück mit schöner Aussicht eingenommen werden kann. Wir waren sehr happy und haben und sehr wohlgefühlt.

Idyllisch gelegen b&b met prachtige tuin, lekker zwembad en zelfs een prive strand. Prima ontbijtbuffet, aardig personeel en op loopafstand van zelfs een Michelin restaurant (Ostaria1816). Enige nadeel is dat het ook een populaire trouwlocatie is, dus als je voor je rust komt, kun je beter doordeweeks boeken.

Offre un soggiorno davvero speciale- un mare limpido e una spiaggia a due passi. Un giardino che offre tanti luoghi incantevoli. La vicinanza ad un paese delizioso che offre a sua volta ristoranti di charme. La padrona di casa che sa rendere tuo soggiorno variegato ed interessanti con tanti suggerimenti utili. Una vacanza da ripetere.

Loved the very unique large beautiful property with access to beach and quite local town. Room was comfortable with wonderful views of the sun setting over Capri in the distance. Great staff… classic hotel.

Most amazing Villa and rooms. Unique and authenticate Palace in central location right on beach. Even though it was off season, the hotel was well staffed. Breakfast was good. Fantastic room.

Property is stunning and view was incredible. The room was a dream. Two small issues: there were ants and I could not get hot water in my beautiful tub to take a bath

What a fantastic Hotel amazing grounds, right on the beach, 2 minutes to the town and yet you feel you are in the middle of nowhere while in the hotel. It is so so relaxing a perfect hotel. We will be back

On arrival waited 1.1/2 hours for my bags. Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Beautiful view. The pool restaurant wasn’t great. My husband’s pasta was awful. Being Italian we expected so much better. Waited over an hour. Beach area ok. Plenty of beds. Overall we enjoyed our stay even though my sister in law had to show the bar staff how to make certain drinks.

Beds were uncomfortable. AC did not work well. Property is beautiful but amenities are lacking.
