The hotel is close enough to walk to the centre of Bilbao without a problem. It also has a tram stop right outside the front door and a metro about 150 metres down the adjacent road. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast too was all anyone could want with a choice of hot or cold food. There are many bars too close by. For me it is in a great location.

I enjoyed my stay @ Hotel Zenit, and the location was great. The main spots were maybe 30 minutes or less from each other. I had a mosquito bite me during my stay as I left the window open and ended up with a bad allergic reaction, but the staff were super helpful and installed a mosquito repellant etc! I would definitely recommend this place. It was cleaned every day, and the hotel had this pleasant smell as soon as you entered.

Kjempefint hotell, smakfullt innredet, moderne, rent og pent. Det ligger nært busstasjonen, men ca 20 minutter å gå til gamlebyen og litt mer til Guggenheim. God verdi for pengene. God frokost!

O quarto está renovado e limpo. A equipe da recepção, em especial Sr José, muito amável e prestativa, sempre. A localização do hotel é muito conveniente em relação à estação central de ônibus e a uma pequena distância da Gran Via. Vale muito a pena a estadia neste hotel. Recomendo!!

Clean, well laid out room, comfortable bed, safe at eye level, enough hangers, everything easily accessed, air conditioning could be controlled at various levels to suit personal preference. Lighting the best I’ve come across in an hotel room, especially the bathroom, with plenty of space for toiletries etc. Good, easy to use, shower, lots of space with handrail. Hotels never have enough towel rails, especially for hanging up a wet towel, but at least there were a couple of hooks for the bath towels, and a handrail for the hand towels. Excellent choice for breakfast - cooked or continental. I prefer the latter and was pleased with the selection. Amazing value. Good quality coffee in machine (tea also available) and a separate selection of various milks to please everyone! Lovely staff. Located near transport.

I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Zenit Bilbao. The location is excellent, with nearby bus and tram links making it very easy to get around. Bilbao itself is very walkable, and there are plenty of great bars and restaurants within easy reach of the hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. They really make you feel at ease during your stay. The food was good overall, although I felt there could have been a wider selection of hot options at breakfast. All in all, it’s a good hotel and particularly suitable for solo travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and a great base to explore the city.

En la habitación de al lado a mediodía, estaban con música alta y gritando… llamamos a recepción y lo solucionaron de momento .. por la noche se oía todo .. pero todo es todo … Deberían insonorizar un poco más las habitaciones
