The accommodations were impeccable. The family owners were the nicest people. They and the staff were so helpful!!! Took care of our every need.

Great location on sea front. Convenient for ferries, trains, buses, restaurants & shops. Good size room with modern bathroom. Great breakfast. All the staff were friendly & very helpful.

Hotel Vesuvio was wonderful!! We had a beautiful room with a balcony and doors opening to a clear view of the ocean. We also had another balcony on the side! Breakfast was really nice, with good food and great choices. The hotel is convenient to everything. We walked there from the train station with our luggage without a problem and to all the things we wanted to see and do, including shopping. Best of all were the people. The gentleman working the reception desk was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to be welcoming, offering suggestions and directions on restaurants, things to do (including the ferry to Portfino and the tram up the mountain!) and helping us with our car rental. Would love to stay here again!

Very clean, updated and well renovated place. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the balcony was very nice. Breakfast was super high quality. Would definitely stay again

The staff speaks English; they were kind and helpful. The breakfast selection was the best we had on a three week trip. Location is excellent although on a very busy street so the noise level is not peaceful. Closing the doors helps because the glass is soundproofed. The hotel is beautifully renovated although our room with balcony was tiny!

Personalen är fantastisk, likaså frukosten och rummens standard. Har bara bra saker att säga. Hotellet ligger i perfekt anslutning till både Gamla stan, stranden och till båten som enkelt tar en till Santa Margherita och Portofino. Vi promenerade till Santa margherita och det tog ca 40 minuter och var en fin promenad. Rekommenderas!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It's in great location close to ferry and in the center of everything in Rapallo. Also, breakfast is excellent. Parking is very convenient. It is family owned place with outstanding service. Julia and the whole family recommended restaurants, places to go, made our stay really enjoyable.

Staff was amazing - so kind and accommodating, offered lots of great suggestions on what to do in the area - also provided lots of guidance on how to get around - would absolutely stay again. Location is wonderful, so close to the beaches and the ferry, right on the water, great views.

Super nice, helpful, friendly, and knowledgable staff. Location was amazing, right by the ferry stop that takes you to different beaches / stops including portofino. A lot of good restaurants around. Rooms were clean. All around amazing experience at this hotel.

A wonderful family owned hotel! Location was perfect for train, ferry and bus. The hotel was extremely clean and the balcony had such an amazing sea view. The family catered to everything and could not have asked for more. The entire staff was welcoming every morning and evening as we left and returned to the property.

Everything about this hotel excellent and is located in central Verona.

Vi brukar vanligtvis bo på hotell med 4 eller 5 stjärnor. Det här hotellet håller högsta klass som ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Otrolig service och hjälpsam personal som hjälper till med allt som tex att parkera bilen, informera om sevärdheter, boka bord på restauranter osv. osv… Rummen är ljusa renoverade med hög klass och otrolig utsikt mot havet om man bokar med balkong. Dessutom är det bra ljudisolering så man inte störs av ljud från gatan på sena kvällen. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell med dess trevliga och fantastiska personal.

Personalen var fantastisk, rummet fint enligt beskrivning och frukosten var verkligen toppen.
