Une très jolie parenthèse au cœur de Fès! Avons adoré cette jolie maison qui nous transporte immédiatement au Maroc. De jolies attentions en chambre et toute un équipe souriante et à l’écoute!

Difficult to find with little signage. Shower drain clogged Staff could be friendlier. Water pressure was excellent! Breakfast was good Toiletries brand were great!

Riad Fes is a gorgeous property with Moroccan architecture and decor at its finest; it perfectly combines unique character and luxury. The rooftop has beautiful views of the city and Rif mountains. Anoüæŕ was a great bartender and server who was so happy and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We really enjoyed the Andalusian music at dinner and the musician Bernise was very welcoming. We recommend trying the eight Moroccan salads at the Restaurant Gayza. The Valentine’s Day rose petals, Fez traditional hats, and heart-shaped pavlova and chocolates were very cute for celebrating. They easily coordinated day tours and excursions for us. We were confused by the light switches in the room and the luggage service was delayed but were minor inconveniences. Most guests were American as well. All in all, it was a wonderful 3-night stay in Fes!

This hotel was one of the most gorgeous properties I have ever stayed at. It’s hard to overstate how beautiful it was inside the hotel and the rooms. The staff was more than welcoming and remembered us immediately. The food offered by the hotel was phenomenal, really providing a taste of Morocco. They offered to set us up with a licensed tour guide to take us around the Medina. Everything was immaculate and would stay here again! The only downside was the Spa didn’t seem accommodating to booking after arrival

Just off a busy street of souks, down some quiet alleys, this riad starts gives a very unassuming impression that is quickly subverted once you pass through its door into the palatial lobby. In comparison to other Moroccan cities, the riads of Fes have a grander feel with high, reaching ceilings, but this is above and beyond the others I have seen, with luxury in every detail. The space itself was beautiful, the room we had was lovely (pics in the listing are accurate). We made use of the hammam and spa services and would recommend those as well. Sitting in the common area after our massages, drinking tea while the impossibly long, light curtains swayed gently in the air currents was one of the most relaxing experiences in recent memory. While we didn’t eat there for dinner, we had drinks at the bar on the roof for sunset and by the fountain in the evening and if you’re through exploring the city, these are great options to unwind. All in all, we were incredibly impressed with the riad and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Riad Fes is an absolute gem. The property and rooms are gorgeous, refined, elegant. Don’t miss sunset at the rooftop bar. Staff was wonderful, and the food was excellent. Highly recommend.

Needs improvement. Staff is not so friendly. Breakfast is poor.

Beautiful interior, great service

Si vous arrivez en voiture, il faudra rester autour du rond point et demander à garer votre vehicule dans un garage surveillé à la Marocaine (environ 30 dhrs) ou sur le parking public car le riad se situe dans la medina. Appelez l'hôtel (acheter une puce Inwi avec juste 20go d'internet pour environ 100dhrs pour le gps et 20dhs en plus pour les appels pendant 7 jours) afin qu'un bagagiste vous aide sinon vous allez avoir beaucoup de personnes qui voudront s'en charger dont des soi disant guides officiels avec un badge que l'on vous montre vite fait. Le personnel de l'hôtel est est au petit soin. Un rooftop est disponible avec une tres belle vue sur Fez. Le petit dejeuner est un buffet, petit mais bien copieux. Vous pourrez aussi commander des produits chauds depuis la carte disponible sur votre table comme des oeufs, des crêpes etc.
