Pros: Great location — walkable and right in the city center. Cons: The online check-in process promoted by the hotel in multiple emails did not work properly. I had to enter all my information several times online, only to repeat the entire process again at the front desk. Only one of the two elevators was working during my stay, which led to long waits and lines, especially during busy times like breakfast. Starting around 9 AM, the cleaning staff begins knocking on doors and speaking loudly in the hallways. Even with a "Do Not Disturb" sign, I was repeatedly woken up. The soundproofing is very poor, making it difficult to rest. Overall: I would not recommend this hotel if you plan to sleep in past 9 AM or are recovering from a long flight. The staff does not respect quiet hours, and your need for rest may not be accommodated.

The hotel was perfect for our family of 4. We appreciate the bathroom size (as we have been staying in places with small showers). Overall cleanliness was good. The breakfast buffet was great! Clean and good food. The pool is small, though it's peaceful and still family friendly.

Room is clean, area felt safe, I would stay here again. Note the pool is more like a large bath tub, the property photos are deceiving. Regardless the rooftop patio is lovely.

Beim Einchecken ins Hotel war kein von uns gewünschtes Zimmer mit Einzelbetten frei. Die Rezeptionistin bot uns ein Upgrade Zimmer mit Einzelbetten zum Preis von 100 Euro pro Nacht an. Wir akzeptierten und wollten den Zusatzbetrag sofort bezahlen. Das wurde mit dem Hinweis abgelehnt, dass bei der Abreise noch die Tourismusgebühr fällig wird und wir daher eine Gesamtrechnung erhalten würden. Beim Auschecken berechnete eine andere Mitarbeiterin einen Aufpreis vom 136,36 Euro (plus Steuer) pro Nacht. Unserer Forderung, nur den anfangs genannten Betrag von 100 Euro pro Nacht anzusetzen, lehnte sie ab. Wir waren auf dem Weg zum Flughafen und hatten keine Zeit für eine längere Auseinandersetzung mit weiteren Angestellten und haben den Betrag gezahlt. Wir übernachten seit vielen Jahren pro Jahr in mehr als 10 verschiedenen Hotels und haben ein derartiges Verhalten niemals erlebt.

Loved our stay here. Vatican Style accommodated our early arrival by first storing our luggage and then having our room ready for early check- in. We want to especially thank Ruth for making us feel at home during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here . We were 5 days . And we walked everywhere . So convenient and safe . A lot places to eat around . I paid for daily breakfast and love it . We had omelette , fried eggs everything cook in front of us . The staff is very welcoming. Best service . I will definitely come back . Very clean too .

The staff were wonderful! We enjoyed our last two nights of our anniverary trip here. We’ll definitely come back in the future.

From the moment we arrived we received excellent service. The concierge were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The rooms we had were clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The swimming pool and terrace area was very relaxing. Our two boys loved it despite the water being a little cold (it was April!). All in all would definitely recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is modern, clean, spacious. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of fresh choices. Will definitely come back next time we visit Barcelona. Highly recommended.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits dans l'hôtel et n'avons pas prix de petit dejeuner sur place ou utilisé d'autres services de l'hôtel. Bonne litterie, chambre propre, hôtel bien situé. Nous avons eu une chambre dans laquelle la fenetre ne s'ouvrait pas car poigné cassée (apparement, problème présent dans d'autres chambres aussi), impossible d'aerer la chambre... Nous l'avons signalé, la reception avait demandé un technicien de monter ouvrir la fenêtre, sans nous proposer de changer de chambre. La fenêtre ouverte avec une clé, nous avions le choix de la laisser ouverte pendant tout notre sejour, ou rappeler la reception. On nous a proposé d'allumer la climatisation pour aerer la chambre si besoin d'aerer... Pour le prix payé et etant donné que nous sommes resté plus d'une nuit, l'hôtel aurait pu faire un effort et nous proposer de changer de chambre...

Fiz a reserva para 3 pessoas. me deram um quarto minusculo, super apertado, somente 1 guarda roupa pequeno, nao ficaria neste hotel novamente, e nao indicaria para nimguem

We had a great time here and it was in the perfect part of town for us to be able to walk mostly to our destinations, even later at night. The only thing we had issues with as with the AC not working the best in our room, which caused it to be warm each night when we got back to our room. We opened the window before bed, but we understand it most likely has something to do with the building itself and not having the best circulation. Overall, we had a great experience!

Clean room and very friendly staff. Hotel is in an excellent area. Walls are thin so will here hallway and outside noise

Excellent hotel, staff is super friendly, the daily room clean is done perfectly. The location is super convenient for all the attractions and transportation.
