Quarto e excelente e boa localização Alguns itens do café não foram repostos mas super recomendo

Situé à l’entrée de la vieille, l’ hôtel est parfait pour découvrir Coimbra. Le plus un parking sécurisé de l’hôtel pour plus de tranquillité . Excellente literie, petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel serviable. On recommande.

Um Elevador bem pequeno hotel com 6 andares já viu não tem ponto de desembarque e embarque vc tem q parar o carro Longe e se virar com as malas ou pagar uma diária de 17 euros no estacionamento deles não deixam nem desembarcar a bagagem se vire

When we arrived, the room we had was awful, bathroom tiles/ grout were dirty and moldy. Toilet and sink were ok. Overall a dingy room. My friend went to front desk to see if we could have another room, she was told not possible, hotel was booked. We figured it just 2 nights, we’ll bare it. Off we went to visit Coimbra. Upon our return (6 hours later) we noticed the AC was not working. Went to front desk, let them know we had an issue, a staff member came up to room to see what the issue was. She was very nice but unable to get it working. Eventually we were given another room, much better and bigger,1 king bed and single bed. However the bathroom tiles were awful as well. The water pressure is great and the towels are thick and absorbent.

O quarto era bom, muito espaçoso, cama boa, o banheiro não é dos melhores, mas é ok. O estacionamento é pago a parte 17 euros por noite, achei bem caro. O café da manhã é bom e é servido das 6:30 até 12h. A localização do hotel é excelente, fizemos tudo a pé pela cidade.

Ótimo custo benefício, boa localizai e quarós bem amplos.

A/C is not working

Nice quiet room. Staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and great value!

Aucune insonorisation dans la chambre, mous avions l’impression que les autos passaient directement dans la chambre, il y a eu un party dans la chambre à côté de 23:00 à 3:00 et aucune intervention de l’hôtel.

Já utilizei anteriormente este Hotel e infelizmente, a qualidade caiu muito. Inicialmente fomos alocados em um quarto com um forte cheiro de cigarro, apesar de todas as janelas estarem abertas, em uma tentativa de melhorar o odor de tabaco. Pedimos ao pessoal da recepção a troca do apartamento que a princípio foi negada, com o argumento de que o Hotel estaria lotado. Em seguida, nos direcionaram a outro quarto, que não tinha cheiro de cigarro, mas continha pó e teias de aranha na porta que dava acesso a uma área externa anexa ao quarto. Este hotel anteriormente era muito melhor e minhas críticas ocorrem no sentido de que a administração do hotel possa tomar iniciativas para voltar a ter o bom atendimento que havia anteriormente.

Hôtel plutôt bien situé, pratique pour visiter Coimbra. Cependant, l’établissement aurait vraiment besoin d’un rafraîchissement : le manque d’entretien se fait sentir.

Personnel agacé par le fait que nous ne parlions ni anglais ni portugais. Demande nettoyage chambre pas fait. Départ 10h retour 15h30? Les seuls points positifs : grand lit , parking et situation de l’hôtel.

Génial comme emplacement. Déjeuné délicieux avec du jus d'orange pressé par soi même quoi demandé de mieux. Endroit bien situé

No serious issues but definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I stayed three nights and each night it sounded like people in rooms above and beside me were either smashing furniture or throwing suitcases across the room. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel and possibly a rare occurrence.

Limpeza do quarto muito ruim carpete sujo banheiro parece que só retiraram o papel, nem o prato do jantar recolheram

It’s not a 4 stars hotel. Good enough for its location, about 10 mins from downtown. The room was noisy because of the street, air conditioning and fridge were not working properly and the bathroom was in urgent need of maintenance. Breakfast was very basic and breakfast area far from clean.
