Everything was great but the breakfast should be avoided. Overpriced and poor quality and service.

Room was quiet.

Very nice staff, so helpful. Super good food and service in the restaurant. And, the room is beyond expectations!

The breakfast is great. The room has everything you need on a stay. Also the staff is very kind.

This hotel is outstanding in every respect. It is in a relatively quiet location in the old city, was very clean and definitely comfortable. The staff were accommodating, and the restaurant onsite was nice. It has a lovely parlor/central seating area with attractive bar and nice music.

Beautiful hotel in the center, easy walking to all the sights and restaurants. Only complaint was that for a 5 star hotel we were not offered assistance with our bags and there was no nightly turn down service. Music in the breakfast area/ lobby was too loud.

El servicio de restaurante

El hotel es muy bonito y súper estilo de decoración. El desayuno de primera y servicio impecable. Solo sugiero un servicio de valet parking porque es complicado encontrar lugar de estacionamiento, aun en los establecidos. El gimnasio no está a la altura del hotel, pero es suficiente para lo básico.
