Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen im Hotel Merkur. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück hervorragend.

Es hat alles gepasst. Lage des Hotels perfekt. Sehr zentral. Mitten in der Stadt, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Personal sehr nett. Frühstück sehr gut. War ein schöner Aufenthalt in Baden-Baden. Komme gerne wieder.

Modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit sehr schönem Frühstücksrestaurant. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, entspricht aber dem üblichen Standard, keine Besonderheiten. Die Einzelzimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben eine gut ausgestattete Minibar. Eher kleine Fenster. Kacheln im Bad und Toilettendeckel mit Verfärbungen, einzelne Gegenstände im Zimmer ziemlich staubig. Ausgezeichnete Lage im Zentrum von Baden-Baden.

We had a four night stay at the Mercury and it was an excellent choice of hotel. The team on Reception were so helpful and friendly - going ‘above and beyond’ to help us. The breakfast was delicious and the team in the restaurant worked hard to ensure the buffet was well stocked with a nice range of breakfast treats. The hotel enjoys a central location and is just 5 minutes walk from Leopoldsplatz, the centre of the town, so it’s really convenient. We enjoyed early morning walks (and runs) on the Lichtentaler Allee - a beautiful tree lined walk along the river, which starts about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The bedroom was a good size, although our bathroom was quite cosy (apparently some of the other rooms have bigger bathrooms). We will definitely be returning to Baden-Baden and will certainly be looking to stay at the Merkur, which offers excellent value for money.

I have stayed at the Merkur for many years and enjoy the quietness and atmosphere. Baden Baden I'm my place to escape from my busy life.

I appreciated all of it. The front desk staff were so helpful. The food was good. I loved walking around the town and the people I met. Very hospitable for a single traveler.

Very helpful and friendly reception. Limited parking and difficult to drive to, but two EV charging stations.

The hotel was in a great location, walkable to everything, including the spas. Decor is dated, though, and no restaurant. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Very quiet and clean.

Great one night stay. The single room is lovely size and cosy. Clean and up to date. Ladies on the reception were also very helpful with recommendations on what to do and calling me a taxi to the airport.

Ich habe mehrmals in diesen Hotel übernachtet. Beim Check-Outs habe ich immer eine Rechnung erhalten, heute habe ich auch nach einer Rechnung gefragt. Man sagte mir ich sollte bei Expedia anrufen und nach eine Rechnung fragen. Das fand ich von der Rezeption nicht in ordnung.
