Great location but a little bit noisy.

Clean, good decoration and many choices for breakfast

Everything was perfect, breakfast is excellent, you can walk to everything

This property was amazing staff was excellent, easy quick walk to train station and shopping and restaurants 10out of 10 would definitely stay here again.

Wish I could stayed longer

Melhor localização sera impossivel achar. Café da manhã vale a pena. Hotel é um antigo imovel com alguns toques de “moderninho” na area comum, mas os quartos precisam de muita modernizaçao. Atendimento na recepçao da moça que tem cabelo cor de rosa é espetacular. Possui estacionamento proprio ha uns 100 metros do hotel.

Really nice hotel with fantastic staff.

Excellent and amazing staff!!! Not only was the place clean and comfortable the decor was beautiful. The staff was so willing to help with any issues we had. We had troubles planning our train ride to Switzerland and they helped us including calling our next hotel to help us identify which station we needed to arrive at. The breakfast was amazing too! 5 + stars We will be back.

This was a lovely hotel right in the middle of everything. Facilities were nice and location was great. I would recommend to others and would stay again.

Rooms nice, but terrible sewer gas smell coming through bathroom. According to staff " it sometimes happens when it rains"

This was a wonderful stay for our family. It was very clean and well kept. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely done out but the room had an open shower, with a window in the room. Not ideal with 2 teenagers! We used the wellness area while we were there and that was gorgeous. It has 2 steam rooms and a sauna, and a very luxurious place quiet rooms. It rained while we were there so we appreciated the down time. The parking was underground and had to book it in advance. The hotel is very centrally located , with a supermarket and bakery opposite, very close to the bus stop that takes you to Neuschwanstein Castle, and minutes to the town centre.

Really like the location next to town main area

We only missed the opportunity to make coffe and tea in our room. That is the last star. Breakfast was amazing! A bit noisy from the street.

Outstanding Staff. Interacted with 3 different Front Desk staff. All went out of their way to make our stay successful and comfortable. Beautiful old hotel, clean, good AC, amazing breakfast. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great overall stay!

Veldig fint hotell med super beliggenhet midt i byen. Vennlig personale, god parkering og kjempegod mat i restauranten. Flott wellness avdeling, men hadde vært fint med informasjon om at det var nakenhet da vi ikke er vant med dette.
