Nice hotel, but staff was not very good organized, even thou they were very friendly.

Worst service ever in a 5 star. Can’t work outside the box.

Our stay in METT was sadly a little disappointing the hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel however the rooms are more like a 3 star room in a beach resort in turkey . Super outdated floor was sticky cleaning wasn’t great and very little perks in the rooms. For the price paid you what. Super low starter room with very little Luxury.our view was a broken down parking lot horrible to wake up too. Lobby is great food is excellent pool is amazing however if your looking to relax in your room for more then 3 hours minus sleep it isn’t great. Stuff also don’t seem to accommodating when you check in didn’t show us to our room didn’t tell us about hotel timings barely asked how our stay was. You definitely don’t get what you pay for.

My mother and I stayed in June hoping for a relaxed holiday, and were disappointed at every turn. Check-in is 3pm, which is fair — but at 3pm a ten-person conference group descended and we were made to redo a check-in process we'd already completed, adding half an hour. The room looked fine but wasn't clean: prominent finger marks all over the bedroom mirror, still there after two days. It was only cleaned after I raised it, and even then not until the next day. Guest experience showed little sympathy. The Greek restaurant forgot our order entirely — four tables seated after us were served first — and only two of our three dishes ever arrived. The next night's Italian restaurant produced a €28 pizza barely bigger than a child's portion. Prices are extortionate for the quality. The pool blasts Ibiza music from 11am to 6pm, but that isn't the crowd staying there, and the staff treat a drinks order as an inconvenience. What tipped this to one star was the total absence of any apology or goodwill when we complained. My clear impression is that this hotel pours its energy into content creators on free stays, while paying guests come a distant second. I wouldn't recommend it, and we won't return.

Beautiful hotel, but ruined by a rigid and disappointing check-out experience I booked this hotel for my daughter’s wedding, and our family stayed across three rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. We initially enjoyed our stay immensely. However, check-out was a completely different story. We were surprised to be told that a fourth room was booked under our name. When we explained we had no knowledge of this room, we asked why no one had contacted us when it became a "no-show" on night one. The staff had no answer. Despite our request for them to check their security cameras to verify that no one ever checked into or used that room, they refused. Rather than waiving the fee or offering a standard one-night penalty, they insisted on charging us the full amount for the entire stay. They completely refused to negotiate—which is incredibly disappointing considering our wedding party had brought over 20 room bookings to the resort. This rigid, uncaring customer service is certainly not what you expect from a 5-star resort.

Excellent séjour au Mett Marbella ! Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans cet hôtel. L'établissement est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu et idéalement situé. Les chambres sont confortables, modernes et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Une mention spéciale pour les équipements : la piscine est magnifique, parfaitement aménagée pour se détendre et profiter du soleil, les bains de soleil sont d'un grand confort, ce est rare, et la salle de sport est très bien équipée, très propre et le matériel très qualitatif et récent, ce qui est appréciable. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, les produits de grande qualité. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour son confort, ses installations haut de gamme et l'excellence de son service. Une très belle expérience que nous renouvellerons avec plaisir !

Very nice

The property is in a quiet location, welcoming staff at the beginning. Alejandro was great as he arranged our reservations and suggested places to go to. Ropm service qas horrible, wr lacked tissue (napkins), water refill, mini bar refill, and coffee cups for the first 3 nights. It went horrible from the day after. Bar staff were moody at times, and sometimes they were good. Horrible housekeeping, and reception on receiving calls from my room. Major adjustment needed to reach hospitality standards.

Amazing! Very happy with the choice for our honeymoon. Amazing staff and hotel overall. Would definitely come back. Just to note, you need to take taxi to Marbella centre/estepona centre/Puerto Banús approximately 20min but it’s worth it. Food was best we’ve ever had.

Greit hotell, luktet kloakk på rommet, vannlekkasje i taket på badet første kveld.

Supert hotell med nydelig frokost og fantastisk basseng. Minuset er at det er langt til andre restauranter - det blir derfor mye taxi.
