I found it to be very comfortable,bed was perfect, I did ask to have the shower door looked at as it had come off the hinges,eventually I managed to fix it myself.I also asked for more soap in dispenser,never happened.

Location

The unit was well presented, spacious, clean and nice decor. I mentioned no hot water in the kitchen and this was attended to immediately. My laundry was washed and dried for me at a reasonable price. Within distance of most areas. Enjoyed my three night stay there.

The owner was fantastic! The manager has also be amazing. The hotel is clean, tidy and so close to downtown. Its a bargain.

All good. Didn't have much luck with the tv but we could've rung reception for help so it was our problem. Overall lovely stay.

Was adequate for our needs , good parking , reasonable walking distance to city centre

This motel is used for transient workers and social housing. It is very quiet however. When we arrived the person on the desk wasnt terribly interested and spoke next to no English. The room had a TV but no access to free to air channels. They badly need to add freeview. Netflix didnt work because they hadnt paid the bill. This was resolved. Unit was clean and serviceable. Beds were comfy and the shower was awesome. Good points more than balanced out the bad. Its reasonably close to centre of christchurch

Tried to check in 2.30pm and room wasnt ready. Room looked different to photos but I must say the one I got seemed more spacious and cozy. I had horrendous squeeky stairs to walk up and down which made me feel bad for the room that was next to me. And also in my room there were spots that if you walk it sounded like i was banging on the wall 😅 Room service could come at better times as everyday was very different, and I had to keep asking for toilet paper. The last day I was there I got some without asking so I was very thankful for that. I was there 6 nights.

It was a relatively inexpensive stay, with comfort and facilities not compromised.

The staff at check in was nice, nothing special, the room was clean. Very disappointed in the condition of the motel. Dates, had a horrible odour throughout the rooms and bathroom. Tiny amount of toilet paper and generally poor.

Loved the comfy bed and the shower was awesome. Super close the two thumbs brewery!

The motel seems "tired" and in need of a do oover. The furniture and applicances are very dated and do not all work. Just an overall worn look to everything. The size of the TV seems very small compared to the rooms and that didn't work anyway. The people did their very best and it was appreciated being given a different room. Thank you. The hot water this morning was cold and I left very early. The booking was for a studio unit which looked lovely ij the picture but treality was not like that. I was given another type as the studio unit wasn't available. I couldn't recommend this place until it get's an ugrade. Glad it was for just one night.

The bed was comfortable room was warm with heaters on. Road noise was bad very loud. Unit needs updating
