The hotel room was small but nice. The location was fab but what stood out the most was the helpfulness of the young man who checked me in. Outstanding employee!

Friendly and helpful staff, got an upgrade. Lovely room but many stairs, if that is a problem book a room at a lower floor. Especially if you have much luggage. Parking is about 15 min away, EUR15/day. Right by the Promenade, beautiful view. Close to everything, great place to stay!

A group of us stayed in 2 of the apartments away from the hotel. Very clean & well furnished. Free wine in both rooms, beer in the fridge :-)

Ana sekä koko muu henkilökunta erittäin avuliaita, ystävällisiä ja palvelualttiita. Sijainti on aivan erinomainen. Ikkunasta upea näkymä Rivalle ja merelle. Aamupala kuului hintaan, sis. glut. leipä. Huone hyvä perushuone, lattiatilaa myös matkalaukuille. Siistiä. Hiljaista.

The hotel still use physical keys. They close the front door after 11 PM so they give 2 keys 1 for front door 1 for main room (hope they upgrade to digital soon). The stair makes noise when walking and you can hear from the room. Otherwise staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice hidden location and really quiet.
