Scooby Doo hotel. Staff are not friendly. The gentleman could not speak English. He only spoke Ukrainian. Great bubbling brook outside. Reason I wouldn’t stay again is staff is flat out mean.

The hotell is very cozy and situated next to a river. It has thus a fantastic view. Even though it’s two stations away from interlaken ost, it was very accessible by train. The hotel even gave us tickets to travel freely within the interlaken area during our stay. However, it is a very simple accommodation without AC/fan which made it extremely hot inside the room (in July). The breakfast is simple but sufficient and we had like seven spiders as roommates.

L'hébergement n'a rien d'exceptionnel. Ça sent le vieux. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très copieux. Le couple était très serviable et gentil pendant ce moment de petit déjeuner. Par contre, on se sent opprimé et menacé avec tous les avertissements affichés dans l'hôtel. Les menaces si on salit les serviettes, si on détériore telle ou telle chose. Les pénalités si on fait un check out trop tard avec une pénalité de 5 CHF par minute dépassée. C'est dommage, je pense qu'il est inutile d'être aussi menaçant, ça ne crée pas une atmosphère de bienvenue.

I’m pretty sure this is a family ran hotel. First, you open the door and get a musty smell in the air. Next, you go up the stairs into your room and there’s no AC, there isn’t even a screen window and there are lots of mosquitoes. At night you’ll be sweating because of the humid heat. Also, the boss has a really bad attitude. This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at in our 20 days in Europe. It's very frustrating.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot water for showers. Only 10 minute bus/train into Interlaken, bus stop is very close walking distance to property. Hotel is right by the river and you can listen to the river at night- lovely! Breakfast was great. I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Interlaken.

Quiet area, easy access to the trains and exploring the sights. Very quaint Inn. Room was way to hot and leaving an outside door open all night invited bugs and uncomfortable. Even a fan in the room might get have helped. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Good breakfast l, homemade bread was amazing

Very quiet, safe, beautiful neighbourhood! Must see neighbourhood in this area. Would stay again. Difficult to figure out how to check in initially, as the front door was locked and no entry instructions were left in the booking; but pressed an intercom button and was let in. Reception desk has limited hours, however there is a phone available at the desk to call a staff member to the desk, usually only takes a minute or two for this, so is still super convenient and easy! Wifi was good, bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure. Gorgeous building, very neat place to stay. Staff were friendly. Breakfast included, and was delicious, coffee as well. Close to train station, 2 stops (5 mins) into town, or a 30 minute walk. Such a gorgeous area, highly recommend. I totally would stay here again if in the area! And would recommend anyone to stay here too :)!

The hotel has the best view, lovely aesthetic place to stay. Great location. Good breakfast. Check out time is quite strict and not flexible, faced some last minute issues because of it. The first floor balcony room doesn't have a secure door , which makes it unsafe. Recommend the hotel to fix this ensuring a better stay. Saying all this , I still highly recommend this place.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING property - everything was as advertised and the location and ambience is second to none. No room fridge, but leaving your beers outside the window works fine

One old couple running that Business I think that’s too much for them. There’s no guest Services limited time for the reception if you have any emergencies no access nothing it’s a very remote place.

Tudo ótimo! Localização, perto da estação. Os proprietários atenciosos! Café da manhã justo. Toalhas trocadas todos os dias ✨ O Sino da igreja não atrapalha em nada. Obs: A entrada pela primeira vez com o interfone automático não funcionava de primeira. Depois que entrou e está com a chave em mãos tudo tranquilo. A cama barulhenta , cada virada era um barulho, mas nada que atrapalhou o sono Fora esses 2 itens nada a reclamar!

Badezimmer mit schlechter Beleuchtung, genauer gesagt anstelle einer Dusche. Allgemeinbeleuchtung braucht bessere Bedingungen.

Tive problemas com o checkin, não recebi a mensagem sobre onde estaria a chave do meu quarto, pois não tinha ninguém na recepção e tive que ligar na propriedade 2x pra que alguém fosse até lá. O hotel é antigo mas bem confortável. Achei muito escuro o banheiro, a única luz era que ficava em cima do espelho, fora essas situações a hospedagem é muito boa, café da manhã muito bom.
