Lovely clean room that was regularly serviced by super friendly staff Very useful approach of automatic aircon that is enabled when the windows close but switches off if they're opened. Excellent location by the harbour with many restaurants and shops close by. But good glazing prevents excess noise accessing the rooms on a night. The balcony was a wonderful touch.

Stayed in a panorama room on 3rd floor and it was excellent. We did 4 night’s here as the starting point to our island hop. The room was kept clean and had good amenities including a coffee machine, two tvs, a sofa, fridge, facilities for making a brew, a very large comfy bed and the most comfortable sunbeds to soak up the rays and enjoy the amazing views of the marina. It was literally a 10-15 minute walk to the ferry terminal for our onward journey and a few minutes to the busier areas of town where the bars, shops and tavernas are. I would very much recommend this hotel

The staff at Kostas palace went above & beyond for our needs. Upgrading us to a better room that we needed & allowing us to check out later. Will definitely be staying here whenever we come back to kos! And you cant beat the location

Kahvaltıyı ek ücret ödeyerek yaptım (15 euro) güzeldi, deniz manzaralı oda verdiler, inanılmaz güzel bir manzarası var. Çalışanlar cok yardımcı, yataklar konforlu. Bu ilk kalısım degil, cok sevdigim rahat ettigim bir otel.

Location is great, and room with balcony overlooking the harbour is highly recommended. Staff very professional and hotel is good value for money. Rooms are spotless, with good shower, bed and tea/coffee facilites with mini fridge. TV has extensive channels in case you get rained in!! (which is rare)
