Es war ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt im Hotel

Aussicht aus Zimmer Flussfront einfach top !

Nous venons tous les ans dans cet hôtel , mais là une catastrophe !! Chambre puante de cigarette , draps avec l’odeur intégré !!! Trop tard pour ce plaindre … Plus jamais dans cet établissement , signalé à notre fournisseur de montres .

Leider war die Minibar nicht mehr gefüllt wie die Jahre davor. Bei der Sauna kann man nicht mehr die schöne Aussicht auf die Altstadt genießen.

Eigentlich war es ein guter Aufenthalt, aber es gab einige Probleme mit der Türelektronik und der Sauberkeit des Betts. Somit keine fünf Sterne.

Very conveniently located close to Solothurn train station and a few minutes away from the historical centre.

Vieles vom Mobiliar ist recht abgegriffen. Deckel zum Batteriefach bei der Fernbedienung fehlt. Keine Kosmetiktücher mehr. Duschtüre geht nach innen auf. Wer einige Kilo zu viel auf den Rippen hat, kommt nicht in die Dusche oder dann nie mehr hinaus.

Great hotel with incredible views, friendly staff. It was a truely lovely stay.

The hotel was only ok - the receptionist took ages to arrive and there was a lack of staff working there - the wellness centre wasn’t even managed not very well informed

The bar and spa were wonderful additions to the hotel experience

Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer war in Ordnung, die Klimaanlage war für uns nicht verständlich und es war recht kühl im Zimmer.

The information on Hotels.com that all suites have a river view is incorrect. Our allocation was a view of the car park and a building opposite. The ‘accessible’ room provided had a wet room with excellent view of the toilet from the bed. Possibly provided because of a company event taking over. The smaller room that we were reallocated had excellent views across the river and was very comfortable. When a new river view suite was available, that was excellent, spacious and worth moving again for. The restaurant was expensive and the food was average, although the service was excellent, I cannot recommend it. My biggest criticism is the ridiculous deposit/freeze of £600 on my credit card, for a stay of two nights, way more than anywhere else on our trip across Europe! The location was great, the hotel a little worn but excellent, the service good and I would stay again.

This was a lovely hotel. Not so charming, very business focused but the views were amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful. This was such a lovely charming town. Would definitely return.

Séjour moyen, chambre un peu vieillotte, bâtiment joli de l’extérieur mais dedans aurait besoin d’une bonne rénovation. Chambre assez bruyante et mal insonorisée

Lage war super... Sauberkeit oberflächlich.. Angestellte ok..

Modernes Hotel direkt an der Aare mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Altstadt. Sehr guter Service und gutes Frühstück.

Walking distance from the center of Solothurn

The room was small, the AC did not work well. There was little storage for clothing. The counter to work on was very small. Pillows were flat as pancakes. Towels were small. The counter space in the bathroom was almost nonexistent.
