Mes parents ont séjourné sur place et sont ravis. Tout était formidable. Parfait. Le riad est très beau, très propre, très reposant. D'autant plus, qd il y a de la musique douce et le bruit de l'eau dans le patio. Petits déjeuner variés, abondants et diversifiés. Tout le personnel est non seulement très sympathique, mais compétent et attentionné. Que ce soit ceux qu'on n'a pas vus souvent ou Fatima et Ayoub qu'on a beaucoup vus et qui sont très actifs et dévoués et attentionnés à la clientèle ( y compris excursions, gestion chauffeurs, taxis, accompagnementsetc). Seule proposition qu'on peut faire pour avoir un petit plus sur un long séjour d'une semaineo u plus., changement des serviettes de toilette à mi séjour

Localização boa, o lugar é um pouquinho mais afastado do caos da medina então é bem silencioso, mas ao mesmo tempo ainda fica perto de tudo, adorei o café da manhã, o riad tem uma decoração linda e ótimos funcionários, voltaria com certeza!

Beautiful place with good staff. Only thing I did not liked it was to pass by the trash bins, they are in the only walking path, but I understand that until they look for another alternative, they should place them somewhere.

Colorful riad in heart of the médina, bright multi-windowed room, clean, comfortable, welcoming. Highly recommended.

Soumia was there for us when we needed it. The originally booked (and paid for) Riad, Le Secret de Zoraida, overbooked, and we were stranded. Soumia was around the corner and took us in. The staff was accommodating and efficient. For example, arrangements to take us to the airport were made in advance and carried off perfectly (more difficult than you think — luggage must be wheeled by hand truck through the Médina). So, we are fans! Not top class, but comfortable.

We arrived in Marrakech airport and found our pre-arranged transfer easily. When we got to the delightful Riad, Aziz the manager welcomed us, showed us around and even took us himself to the main road which is through a few side streets. Our room was small, but very clean and tidy. The shower/hammam was amazing! After a busy day, we ate a traditional meal prepared for us by the Riad and it was amazing. (Aziz promised me the recipe!!) The best we food we had in Morocco to which my fussy husband approved! We only stayed 3 nights, but wished it was more. Definitely would stay again if we ever go to Marrakech again. I can only say good things about Riad Soumia.

We were looked after very well by the manager, Aziz. A different breakfast each morning, cooked to a time that was suitable for us. Lovely, clean room. Staying in the Medina area you have to expect some noise from the call to prayer to the local mosques, but we did not find this a particular problem. Our only issue was that there was no hairdryer in the room, so pack your own if you want to use one. We would be happy to stay there again.

the Riad was centrally located which allowed easy access to tourist locations and was sited in a very convenient part of town. The staff were excellent and the accommodation was welcoming. The Riad was small but intimate which made it a memorable experience.

리야드에 상주해 있는 매니저분이 너무 친절하고 퇴실해야하는 시간에 맞춰 조식도 준비해주셨습니다. 숙소찾기가 약간 어려우니 미리 연락하고 가면 마중나와 주시는 것 같아요

Although our pick up from the airport was delayed (we had to call to get another driver sent) the service from Abdel was very good.

Great little Riad with a great manager (Abdel). Good location out of craziness of Medina. Would def recommend!

Riad excelente y aun mejor personal

Riad situé dans la médina. Excellente qualité de service. Petit dejeuner copieux en terrasse et possibilité de voir l'Atlas. A 10mn à pieds de la place Jamaa El Fna. La suite Essaouira qui est en réalité une très grande chambre correspondait à nos attentes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Stay was ok the the room was very small.No fridge,tv or tea/coffee making facility. Excellent service by the staff that worked there though which compensated for the average accomodation. If i were to stay again i would choose a bigger room.

Comodo, cercano a todo, de confianza. .Personal excelente, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y no intentaron vendernos nada.. !(excursiones, guias o similar...eso se agradece..) Repetiría.

Der Urlaub in Marrakesch war auch beim zweiten Mal ein Erlebnis. Trotz der Jahreszeit war es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Für Sonnenliebhaber genau richtig, da es doch weniger Touristen gibt als im April.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Hotelteam hat hervorgende Arbeit geleistet und war buchstäblich Tag und Nacht im Einsatz. Uns wurden wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Zimmerausstattung war super, ebenso die Sauberkeit. Auch bei der Organisation des Aufenthaltes war das Team behilflich. Sogar eher reiseuntypische Dinge, wie Reparaturen, wurden schnellstens ermöglicht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es war individuell möglich, die Frühstückszeiten festzulegen. Das WLAN funktionierte meist einwandfrei. Wir können den Riad nur empfehlen. Auch wegen seiner günstigen Lage in der Altsatdt.

Djævelen ligger som bekendt gemt i detaljen. Og der kunne bestemt gøres mere ud af detaljerne her. Overordnet er Riad Soumia et ganske fint B&B. Personalet er venligt omsorgsfuldt og opmærksomme. Og som sådan udmærket. Men.... jeg savnede fokus på detaljerne. Eksempelvis var morgenmaden jævnt kedelig og kaffen decideret elendig og afskyvækkende. Det var ikke muligt at betale med VISA eller andre former for kreditkort. Død irriterende. Især da det ikke var oplyst ved selve bookingen. Personalet slukkede for varmen på værelset (uden at spørge) - selv om jeg frøs, og havde tændt for varmen af samme grund. Og værtsparret - et venligst fransk ægtepar - spiste deres egen mad lige ved siden af gæsterne, hvilket virkede frygteligt intimiderende. Der blev også sparet på belysning i indgangsområder, hvilket fik stedet til at virke trist og halvdødt. Desværre. Stedet kunne sagten fremstå meget mere levende og fuld af glæde - som andre Riads i Marrakech - hvis blot der blev kælet for detaljerne og stemningen. Det bør der arbejdes på.

We had a perfect holiday kickstart at riad Soumia. Abdul was really helpful and always greeted us with a smile. He took care of all details and ensure we got everything we needed. We spent three nights in the Marrakech suite, lovely Moroccan style. The riad is a few minutes away from the medina main square, excellent location. Would recommend it to everybody that visits Marrakech.
