nice hotel but to get the entrance the automatic machine didn't function so we had to call the owner !

Staff were very good. Difficult location and limited facilities around the hotel such as restaurants. Car parking is limted. The accomodation was good.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Stort rom(3.etasje) med balkong. Fantastisk god seng. Grei dusj med varmt vann(egen bereder på rommet). Godt fungerende AC og super WIFI. Ingen heis og sparsommelig frokost trekker litt ned.

Store rom, flott dusj og gode flater. Flott var parkett og ikke teppe. Litt utdatert, og en må bruke trappen. Hyggelig service. Ikke helt sentralt i Varna (men nær buss stopp).

Stuff really friendly and location just a short walking distance to the city center . To the beach also you can walk (around 20 minutes ) . Room really spacious and with the essential for a relax stay

Very clean, felt like home. Can walk to main attractions. Grocery stores nearby. Breakfast was nice

Nice, small hotel. 5 floors, no elevator.( Ok for us.) Helpful staff. Everything was nice, just wi-fi connection. And - we asked double bed but room was twin. Owner gave room with double bed for last 2 nights , we was 7 nights. When we ordered room - we see that room was with balcony but in real does not have balcony. We ordered no smoker room but our room was for smokers - room and bed has smell. Everything else was ok. Just those small things.

This is a pretty good hotel, but location is not ideal. It's not a bad neighborhood or anything, its just a bit hard to find and not near the beach. Still, at least there are two good bodegas nearby so you can buy essentials. And the rooms are big, that's nice! Oh and the wif-fi kept cutting out, it really only worked well in the lobby.

Ligger i ett lite mörkt område. Personalen var ganska ointresserade och hade inga kartor att ge. Informationen på hemsidan om att det fanns massage, tennisbana, hästridning osv finns inte!

Вцелом проживанием остались довольны... фотография номера соответсвует реальному положению дел... на брони было указано, что завтраки оплачены и входят в стоимость... по приезду, портье сказал, что в стоимость проживания завтраки не входят и потребовал доплатить за завтраки... деньги не большие, но настроение слегка испортили... до приезда заказывали трансфер из аэропорта до гостиницы, с трансфертом все нормально, к приезду машина была на месте...

Great value. Good location - about 10 minute walk from the city center (as expected). Very enjoyable. WiFi was not amazing.

The staff was beyond kind & helpful. The room was perfectly laid out with a LOT of extra space in the room, sitting area, and bathroom. A bit difficult to find if using google maps. Room could be a bit more comfortable (Couch was modern futon like style)
