Excellent hotel just needs an ev charging facility.

Convenient to major roads, nice rooms, good restaurant and breakfast, and staff was great - very helpful.

Room was fine. Although I'm not a huge fan of fried food, breakfast was good - particularly the haggis.

A very comfortable, but slightly dated hotel . The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the leisure facilities . The whole place could do with some modernising though as it is all feeling quite tired and in need of general modernising

Very disappointed in the hotel and staff was not very as attentive - meal we had in restaurant was subpar- fruit flies everywhere

Dated room, staff not overly helpful, no coffee/tea available anywhere in the hotel between 10am and midday which was inconvenient after spending time in the pool with a 1 year old.

Room was dusty. Ordered room service. It arrived quickly pizza and chips. Pizza had so much cheese it was inedible. Asked reception to order a taxi for the next morning 6.30am as I was going to Ross Hall Hospital and for extra coffee. Neither was done. Helpful overnight staff sorted it. Hotel felt dated with clunky keys.

Clean, tidy although the decor is dated in many places and could do with being freshened up. Evening meal food was dry and okay but the breakfast was really good.

The hotel itself from the outside was lovely, the breakfast was great and staff were fantastic. The hotel rooms are very very dated and could be done with some TLC. For the price I paid for one night, I felt there are better places to stay out there. The fact in this day and age we were still given a key for our room door let you know how dated the hotel is. Unfortunately we had picked a night to stay at the hotel when there was a wedding on and there was alot of noise in the corridor and people shouting outside. We could heat the party going on while trying to sleep. We also heard a dog barking along the corridor from our room which was very unnerving for my daughter who is terrified of dogs

The location is great and the amenities made our stay more enjoyable. The only downside was the wall between the rooms were too thin and we could hear everything going on in the other room.

Was really impressed with this hotel. 155 for the night for 2 adukts and 2 children. large room with sofa bed and 2 double beds. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast was good. Everything fresh and plenty continental options too. Spa was nice showers not great but other than that no complaints.
