Hotel maravilhoso, quarto ótimo, café da manhã completo e bom atendimento. Localização perfeita para passear sem usar transporte

Modern, good breakfast. Lots of street noise despite being on the third floor from the Saturday night crowds.

Great little hotel in awesome location. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Staff were charming, friendly and helpful. When we needed a last minute third room they made it work and gave us a discount. Super recommend. Delicious breakfast also.

Great location and big rooms. The AC seemed a bit off and thin walls (can hear anybody walking past the room and outside), though overall a pleasant stay.

Big room, clean, fresh, air conditioned. Neither of us liked the toilet separate from the bathroom as you handle door knobs walking to the bathroom to wash your hands. Parking available through the hotel. Perfect location for walking all around Antwerp centre. Antwerp itself is also lovely.

Leider war die Übernachtung nicht wie geplant. Im Zimmer hatte der Fernseher keinen Ton. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Service kam leider nur ein Sorry. Die USB Steckdosen waren kaputt und die Matratze zu weich. Abgerundet wurde das ganze durch ein Geruchserlebnis in der Nacht. Ab ca. 2:30Uhr kam über die Klimaanlage der Geruch von Waffeln, dann eine Stunde später der von Brötchen und zu guter Letzt der von gebratenem Speck. Wir haben daher nicht gut geschlafen. Vom Nachbarzimmer haben wir die Dusche und die Toilette gehört und der Flur war so laut, als sind die Personen in unserem Zimmer. Auf dem bettüberzug waren noch die Haare des Vorgängers. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Je ne parle pas anglais. C'est vraiment ce que je reproche à cet hôtel. On m'a envoyé 3 messages en anglais. J'ai écris 2 fois pour demander la traduction sachant que j'habite dans un pays francophone. J'ai juste compris, après avoir payé mon séjour, cet hôtel m'a annoncé un chantier majeur annonciateur de bruits divers. Ce n'est pas très correct. Heureusement que nous y étions durant le week-end. Mais la manière est très discourtoise.

Room is clean. Breakfast has plenty’s choices. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Great location for shopping, dining and enjoying the beautiful Grote Markt.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location for seeing historic Antwerp. Very quiet and very good selection for breakfast. No restaurant but many good eating places within a few minutes walk

Highly recommended. Very central location close to cathedral and Grote Markt, but on a lovely quiet street. My room was spacious and smart. Slightly odd layout with toilet separate from shower/basin, which was awkward. Lovely breakfast buffet.
