J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit hôtel idéalement situé. Merci pour l'accueil, personnel au top toujours prêt à aider. La chambre bien que petite (je déconseille la douche aux personnes corpulantes) était parfaite avec une literie confortable et une bonne clim (utile avec les 30 degrés extérieurs). Je reviendrai sûrement.

All Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Room smaller than expected, but clean and acceptable.

Pontos positivos: Hotel muito bem localizado, bem no centro da cidade, próximo a estação de trem, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom, elevador no prédio, atendimento da recepção muito cortez, nos permitiram fazer um check-in antecipado, sem a cobrança de qualquer adicional. Pontos negativos: o box do chuveiro do quarto que ficamos possuía apenas cortina, o que não isola bem o espaço, podendo molhar o chão do banheiro, o quarto tem um tamanho pequeno, podendo ser ruim para estadias longas e o exaustor do nosso banheiro fazia um barulho que incomodava quando estava ligado.

I booked this hotel for my colleagues who were attending an event. Everyone was disappointed (and that's an understatement) with the hotel, and some of them changed hotels before the end of their stay as they couldn't bear staying in their room anymore. The general state of the rooms was really poor; one of my colleagues got bitten by some sort of insect and had to go to the doctor, and another one saw a cockroach; one of them had barely a window in their room.
