The staff was great, the rooms were old, the beds were role away style.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean. The rooms were run down. The doors were old and damaged, the shower walls were stained. The beds were role out beds style.

Convenient, practical.

The hotel has big sign in front "1 star" and honesty even Hostels would be better. The linens has strange spots and I didnt feel safety to remove the close and touch linens

Equipe muito prestativa e cordial, bom quarto e varanda, bom café da manhã, próximo ao Centro.

Hotel simple et propre très bien situé, à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants et boutiques. Le stationnement est sécuritaire. Le continental breakfast offre plusieurs choix mais c’est toujours la même chose d’un matin à l’autre. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Very nice and polite people, always with a smile, doing their best to accomodate any request. Decent accomodation, nothing special though. Clean but old. Decent breakfast.

We had a great time at Sete Cidades hotel, their kindness and willingness to guide and support us during our stay overcame our expectations. The hotel is pretty close to many amenities, restaurants and the airport.

The whole building is pretty old. Pipes exposed throughout. Elevator ancient and and clusterfobic, too small. Other than the note about you might find some living criters in the room, it was clean

Siamo tornati qui per la seconda volta,ci siamo trovati bene come allora!! il personale è sempre al top della gentilezza,sempre col sorriso e pronto a darti consigli su tutto. Hanno rinnovato un po l'hotel,guadagnando punti a favore,stanza delle colazioni è piu grande,colazione buona,la signora della reception,visto che siamo tornati,ci ha assegnato una suite al prezzo della stanza normale,meravigliosa!!! Poi un giorno era il compleanno di mia moglie e la signora Teresa della reception se ne è accorta quando abbiamo fatto il check in,e la mattina del compleanno le ha fatto una sorpresa,regalandole una scatolina dorata,con dentro dei cioccolatini,un gesto bellissimo e molto apprezzato!! l'hotel è centrale,pulito,con grande parcheggio privato gratuito, sotto c'è un panificio che apre alle 22 di sera,tutto buonissimo,un profumo di pane e di dolci a tutte le ore.....Hotel assolutamente da consigliare,specialmente per la gentilezza di tutto il personale che ci lavora!!!
