Clean rooms, excellent staff, breakfast was excellent, get the Mountain View room, the view of Mt. Eiger was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying when visiting Grindelwald.

The hotel’s breakfast is so good!

From check-in to leaving, staff, facilities, location, and amenities were spot-on. If you're traveling to Grindelwald, this is the place to stay.

We were upgraded to the Panorama Suite complete with lounge room, full width panoramic windows and balcony. Could ask for better views of the mountains. Staff were great and buffet breakfast was great. A must stay at this hotel.

We had at wonderful stay at Hotel Bernerhof Grindelwald. The staff was amazing, including Lias, Cristine, Christina, the dark haired girl that helped with breakfast, and the gentleman that cooked breakfast and helped during breakfast. The location is great for skiing because it is right across the street from the train station and bus stop. The views from our balcony room were wonderful. The best part about the hotel was the service we received from the staff. Breakfast was very good. It was a great stay and my husband and I look forward to coming back.

Excellent location. Good breakfast, although repetitive after several days. Parking inconvenient, but usable. My biggest problem was that my laptop simply disappeared from the room on my departure day. When I emailed the hotel, I received no response, and when they didn't reply, I called and they simply said they didn't have it. Poor service in that regard. I couldn't return there.

Hotel rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Good position and parking. Quality of breakfast was good. Evaluation is affected by the attitude of receptionists, who were very rude and insisting multiple times on "no cooking in the room policy". I don't know what mught have happened in the past, but it seemed a bit too much to tell us 4x not to cook and what fines were supposed to happen in case we did. The concep was weirdly reinforced by multiple sogns inside the rooms and in the information leaflet. Thanks, but we are not stupid! Also on check-out the attitude was quite unpleasant, they did not allow us to go before "checking the room". We gave our credit card for cautionary deposit, we felt this "holding" check was a bit unnecessary

We stayed at the Benerhoff in July and loved it — clean room, comfortable beds, excellent friendly staff and just down from the Grindelwald train stop. Your balcony faces the mountains; stunning views. Highly recommended!

Clean room and upkeep. The whole staff was freindly. Great location near the train station and Coop store. Great views of the Alps and local mountains.
