De lo mejor..!!!! Excelentísimo servicio y en especial el de Roxanna..!!!

Me atendieron bien y todo estaba muy limpio y sobre todo había mucho silencio.

Muy bonita la habitación, la vista al jardín fenomenal

Definitivamente fue una gran experiencia mi estancia en este hotel, esta súper limpio, el jardin esta super bonito y mas para desayunar ahi en las mañana, la atención fue excelente, todo esta muy cerca para ir caminando. Definitivamente regresaría a este hotel!! Son súper profesionales y en todo momento estuvieron en contacto conmigo para asegurarse que no me hiciera falta nada en mi estancia. Sobre todo Roxana que fue muy amable y me ayudo en todo momento que se lo pedi !!! Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles que me eh hospedado.

Se siente como un apartamento porque es muy acogedor, es diferente a un cuarto de hotel y se siente muy bien. Incluso se siente como las afueras de la ciudad, en la montaña pero no en la ciudad y eso es muy agradable

Personal súper amables, nos recomendaron buenos lugares.

Es una propiedad sumamente tranquila, el trato y la amabilidad de todo el personal te hacen sentir en casa. Por supuesto que te orientan qué hacer, qué visitar durante tu estancia en este bello estado. Estando dentro de la propiedad el wifi es super rapido, por eso no batallas. La comida que te ofrecen en el acogedor restaurante,es deliciosa. Si quieres pasar una gran aventura en este bello estado, y quieres motivos para regresar,,no dudes que en Villas Casa Morada te debes hospedar.

Beautiful place, very awesome and quiet

Un hotel muy acogedor atendido por personal muy amable. Sus blancos de buena calidad. La ubicación es buena, en 7min estas en la zona peatonal

El hotel está muy bonito, bien decorado, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Cuenta con estacionamiento a unos metros de la entrada. El personal muy amable.

When we arrived at night the internet was very slow and not acceptable. We complained and they redid their entire internet, routers and all the following morning increasing speed by 70 times! Never seen that before!!!

I like that it comes with a kitchen and small fridge, it was very quiet & the staff was very friendly, i do think for the price, they could improve their rooms a little, better Internet or Cable, at night when we would try to watch tv, it kept buffing to the point that sometimes you couldn’t make out a sentence or keep up with the show or movie the internet was the same would come and go, as well i would say it needs better quality lighting inside the rooms, outside in the lobby it all looks great but inside the rooms it can be a little dark and gloomy and i don’t mean the romantic dark kind. Also more selection at the restaurant, breakfast was included, but it gets old very fast especially if you are going for a longer stay ( 5 days) stay like we did ( 11). It is not very close to town but we didn’t mind the walk. The good things are it has a beautiful garden & our room had view to it, the staff is super friendly & great, the kitchen & fridge, and the chimney for fires. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Room was very comfortable and beautifully designed. We loved the proximity to the main plaza and getting around. We definitely recommend to all.

Me encanto el lugar, muy acogedor y tranquilo el área. El servicio del staff muy amábles y atentos. Limpio, amplio y decorado muy estilo san Cristobal. Caminando está muy cerca del andador Guadalupe 👍 Y muy seguro caminar a toda hora.
