Gostamos muito da nossa experiência no Hostal Madrid, mas na primeira noite não dormimos nada! Fomos colocadas num quarto virado para a rua e não tinha qualquer isolamento acústico nas janelas, foi muito stressante. Contudo no dia a seguir pedimos para mudarmos de quarto e no quarto interior já podemos dormir tranquilamente. As camas são confortáveis, tudo estava limpo, o pessoal é simpático e prestável e o hostel está super bem localizado, podemos fazer tudo a caminhar.

Gigi the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.. we had a wonderful time and the cost of it been very affordable .. clean quick in and out.. transportation: metro taxis uber around the corner, not to count all you want to eat with a few steps left and right

Excelente hotel, el personal muy atento y servicial, desde el check in a la 2 am, tofo queda a metros de distancia. Todo genial, los recomiendo a ojos cerrados.

Wonderful location n a very helpful front desk

A great location close to metro and taxi rank but in a reasonably quiet area. And within easy walking distance of some major plazas and excellent tapas places and restaurants. Hotel staff very helpful. The room was a reasonable size and kept very clean.

Bathrooms are small but the location is great. Apparently no ac in the spring so it got hot. Neighbors very noisy one night.

Very close to Plaza Mayor and other attractions. Metro is less than 5 minutes away. Very clean and many eating options around. Would stay again!
