The service at the reception was beyond expectations from the beginning. They called in advance to ensure the arrival time, kindly met me in front to explain the parking procedures, took care of my luggage and told me about local surroundings and activities. My room was as described. Clean and well maintained. The location is the hotel is great, within walking distance from the town and cable cars. All in all a very pleasant stay, I'd go again :)

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The staff were the highlight, incredibly friendly and accommodative, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was gorgeous, offering both style and supreme comfort. Every service we used, from check-in to dining, was flawless. This hotel truly understands hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing place, very nice and clean, service is top level, but the best thing is the view from the breakfast hall. We went there for my wife’s birthday and we experienced may be our best stay ever. We even wanted to extend but unfortunately there was no availability. Will see you again soon, nice people! Recommend with both hands.

Struttura situata a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Madonna di Campiglio, arredamento in tipico stile di montagna e stanza spaziosa con terrazza con vista sul paese.

consiglio vivamente questo hotel, avevamo l esigenza di fare colazione prima delle 7 il maitre ci ha accolto e trattati benissimo con i suoi collaboratori. posto bellissimo ringrazio vivamente

Very nice hotel. Great location, good breakfast, nice indoor pool an very friendly staff. Quiet and beautiful views over the village and only a short walk don to the village centre.

Very happy in general. Perfect if skiing, including the spa, very nice and authentic style of the building. Excellent service in particular the shuttle. A short walk to the village center, though the last 100 meters or so following the roadway rather than a pedestrian path.

A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)

This hotel suited well our one night stay in Madonna. Location was within walking distance from the town centre with a nice view from the breakfast room. Spa was nice, there was even a water bucket in the sauna!

Hotel situato in posizione strategica. Camera spaziosa, pulita, ben arredata e con balcone con vista sul paese di Madonna di Campiglio. Personale professionale e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e servita in un’ampia sala interna. Mi sento di consigliarlo assolutamente.
