Parking was a little restricted due to remodeling but everything was great!! Will be staying again next year

Everything was great but the pool and the hot tub were DISGUSTING. Absolutely filthy. There was almost fur growing everywhere in the hot tub. Highly disappointed in that.

Disappointing Stay at Holiday Inn Express, Twin Falls, Idaho I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Twin Falls, Idaho, and unfortunately, it was a rather disappointing experience. The hotel itself seemed in serious need of maintenance. The pool area was particularly concerning, as it was dirty, and the hot tub was not working during our stay. To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell in the pool area. Our room wasn’t cleaned well either, with the bathroom being the most noticeable issue. The ceiling had visible water damage, which gave the impression that upkeep wasn’t a priority. Breakfast was also underwhelming and didn’t meet the standard I expected. Overall, the hotel is in need of a major update and more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Sadly, I cannot recommend this location at this time.

This is a good hotel but there were some real cleanliness problems regarding the hot tub. There was a black fuzzy substance across the bottom of the hot tub. We aren't sure if it was the hotel's fault or some other guests. We did see that some guest exploded a glitter bomb in the pool so we weren't sure if the guest had put something in the hot tub or if it was neglect, but it was really gross. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and my kids liked all the fun syrups for the hot chocolate.

Great accomidations. Friendly staff. Only concern is that the bathtub is really slick. Almost biffed it twice.

Liked the stay was there for one night I also like the area plenty for stores nearby. I would recommend staying there!

Front desk staff were very friendly. Room was clean and roomy.

The room light in hallway as u enter the room did not work. The sink and shower filled up with water and took a little while to go down. Breakfast was alright. Hot tub was semi clean the floor of the hot tub looked very dirty but where u sit was clean. It was pretty dark of pool area at night was kinda hard to see, not much light. But overall my stay was good.

Fire alarm went off I. The middle of the night. Miserable experience. Won’t stay there again. Would like a refund or a new night.

Got absolutely no sleep. I’ve slept on floors that were softer. The breakfast was awful. Reconstituted eggs with fake cheese was revolting.

Clean and well kept, off the main road which I liked

It was very welcoming after a long day on the road.
