This hotel in general was very clean with friendly staff members. However, they were extremely understaffed and we had to wait over an hour beyond check-in time to get into our room. When we were directed to a room that we were told was ready, it actually wasn't. A polite desk attendant then directed us to a freshly cleaned room. We won't be staying there again.

Water pressure in the shower is horrible. Paint is peeling off of the shower floor. The room was clean. The king size bed is shorter than a usual king bed. I'm 5' 10" and my feet hung off the end. Not a bad spot in a pinch but not working the $160 a night that I paid.

We enjoyed the king size suite. Very clean and it smelled clean. Nice pleasant atmosphere.

Check in was excellent. Room was clean. Water in shower was lukewarm at best. At around 10:30PM people next door started talking loud and slamming doors. It reminded me of a movie where things later escalate and get out of hand. We decided to leave at around 11:30PM. Not a good experience at all. Stay away from this place if you can.

Very clean and well-kept place. Our room was spacious, and had a nice kitchenette. I would definitely stay here again.

It was terrible, first room they gave us someone was already in it. The second room had bed bugs. The people working at the front desk did not care at all.

The front desk clerk was rude and obviously annoyed when she checked us on last night Bathroom floor dirty with footprints

The hotel is reasonably safe but is down the street from some empty buildings that have been vandalized. That is a little unnerving but other than that it seemed safe.

It was a great experience except for mornings hot water was a noviety.

It was very nice, clean and plenty of room with a kitchen, I would recommend staying there.
