Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Baymont by Wyndham Keystone Near Mt. Rushmore

We arrived at this property only to find a sign on the door that said it was closed. Directions said to go to another hotel down the road. Imagine this after traveling 4k miles with a elderly couple since 3 am? We were never once notified, no one called or emailed. The hotel were were transferred to did not have any breakfast offered. We choses this hotel because it had free/ inhouse breakfast. We did not have any other options but to stay as it was late. Apparently, both hotels are owned by the same owner. Whatever the case, we should have been notified so we could have decided where we wanted to stay prior to flying.

The hotel we booked was closed and we weren't notified about it. They put us in a different hotel that wasn't as nice and also didn't have the free breakfast. The room was really small and very out dated. If i knew this i would've booked something else.

Terrible room. Loud windows ac. All neighbors' AC units will echo in your ears all day/night. Bathroom is worn down, faucets dripping. I would not stay again.

I was appalled only to find out that Baymount property was closed for the season. Only left a note on the front door stating to go to the Ramada Innwho will accept Baymounts guests.. We were two couples that were very inconvenienced. Ramada Inn was dirty and we could not stay in a hotel under those conditions.front desk was rude.

It's an older hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is close enough to the main street to walk to, but far enough away to remain quiet, comfortable, and secure.

This Hotel accepted and provided a reservation to me and then notified me later that the property was closed on the date of my stay. TERRIBLE !

The review is for Ramada hotel which is also part of Wyndham. Baymont was closed for the season. Ramada facilities and amenities could be improved. The shower head in the bathroom was one of the oldest. One of the beds was too close to the A/C unit. The A/C unit could not be accessed comfortably. There was no free breakfast (only coffee).

Convenient to Mount Rushmore

Excellent staff at check-in. Room upgrade was very nice. Breakfast was limited.

Stores and restaurants are walkable, Hotel was decently priced and not that far from Mount Rushmore

hotel was very dated, room was VERY SMALL. we had 3 people in a 2 double bed room, we couldnt all be standing/walking around at the same time without bumping into each other. hallways were dirty, carpets were worn.

I was shuffled to a Ramada Inn by Wyndham and my reservation with them had me in a small room. No breakfast in the morning like at the other hotel.
