Room was clean, staff was very nice to us.

The place is very nice and convenient as it is located very close to the Airport with shuttle bus for drop off.

It was nice. The lobby was a little dingy. The elevator was very slow but our room was nice and the bed was great.

Great location close to the airport. Great friendly staff!

These facilities far exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean and neat, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff very polite and helpful. We would be happy to stay here again!

Noisy AC unit, too close to the bed. Hot water at breakfast was empty. Soft bed.

Rooms were very nice. Bed comfortable. Don’t care for the split bathroom. Breakfast was late. No sugar for the coffee!

I am short so the bed was too high. Shower access was good but there isn't a shower chair or bench. The fridge didn't get cold at all. The room was close to the elevators so that was a plus

Good rooms, round the clock coffee and all amenities that you would expect in a Springhill Suites. Very noisy due to airport proximity (had a hard time sleeping). On one of the days, breakfast fast items were mostly over well before close time. Also only 1 waffle maker with long queue.

It was a good stay but the room was missing a couple things. The mini fridge was missing the shelf on the inside making it impossible to store items bigger than a can of soda. I called the front desk and they promptly sent up a maintenance man with the missing shelf. The other thing that was missing was a coffee table. The picture on the website showed a small coffee table by the couch which most hotels provide in a suite. This would have made the stay more comfortable and convenient.

This is the PERFECT Hotel near the SLC Airport to stay at. The checkin was Super Fast and so was the Checkout. The room was seriously so much better than (The Other Hotel we stayed in upon landing at SLC airport.) And the price was also so much Better than the "prior" hotel. This is the Place to Stay upon arrival and departure from the airport! The airport shuttle service from this hotel was exact to the Minute!

Nice place! The hotel was comfortable and had a pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely consider staying again.

I woke up after the first night to a 21+ wristband stuck to my arm from inside the bed. Stains on the couch as well.

Everything was great, did not like the idea thar I had to pay for parking. For the price of the room parking should be included. We have been a BonVoy ,ember for many years and parking should be a bonus for loyal members

the workers are friendly and nice. the room was as expected. the cleaning staff missed to pick up some cookie wrappers near the bed. the bed linens had holes.

Sadly this will be our last stay at a SpringHill Suites. Extra charges for Parking, noisy room location even after I asked to be somewhere not noisy.

They gave our room away due to being overbooked and we were late getting in.
