Overall experience is usually pretty each time!

Not good

We had to park around the back of the building and walk around the building to check in. The back door has indoors stairs. We couldn't bring in our suitcases etc that way. We had a king size bed with little pillows. Barely big enough for an adult head. Certainly king size pillows would be more appropriate.

Great location, staff was wonderful.

Amazing customer service. Highly recommend. Room was perfect. Front office staff so kind as were all of the staff. Stay here!!!

Beautiful location and wonderful staff

Saw a cockroach in our room. The cleaning person only cleaned 1 out of the 3 nights we were there. The pool was in construction.

This hotel was fine. Nice breakfast.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Friendly staff and lovely room.

Wonderful experience!

The staff is what makes this hotel. Brenda at check in and Colleen serving drinks at the social hour. Those two made me and my family’s stay so very special.

There was absolutely no towels when checking into the room/ we were issued pool towels to shower with and only 1 a piece .. kind of bothered me but in fact was the way we were dismissed and treated when asking for towels that really bothered me

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Moldy air vents, dirty bathroom floor, if a house keeping supervisor approved this room to be used that person should be fired because they failed to do their job. Overall I like everything else about the place it was just a little outdated which was fine had it not been nasty in the room and odor

Everything was fin except we did not have an ice maker in fridge and had to get ice from front desk. Somewhat inconvenient
